Pokerstars Tournament Tickets

Is it true that all pokerstars tickets now expire in 1 year after the ticket is issued and it doesn't matter even if it shows the tickets expire a few years from now or what it shows as the expiry date? Of course tickets that show expiring in a few weeks would mean a few weeks. So if you have a ticket that shows expiring in a few years or 5 years or longer, it's still 1 year from the issue date?
Can someone explain the Bronze Pass bundle for the power path? It's a $109 ticket and previously it would show you certain $109 tournaments that you can use it for. However, a while back I noticed you could use it to claim a $109 tournament ticket package that included ticket of $55, $22, $16.50, $11 and $4.50 worth of tournament dollars. A bit later, that option was no longer there and it was only a specific $109 tournament. Then a bit later, it's the specific $109 tournament but you can convert it into a $109 micro millions ticket package which includes $22, $11 and a whole mix of $5.50, $3.30, $2.20 and $1.10 tickets that is meant for the micromillions. What would happen if you don't use these micromillion tickets before the micromillions series is over? Do they expire or do they automatically get converted into the ticket equivalent of a $22, $11, $5.50 etc tickets? So that would mean if you have several $109 bronze passes, you can just do that if the tickets turn from micromillion tickets to regular tickets after the micromillions is over?
I know WCOOP is coming up soon. So once micromillions is over, then the $109 bronze pass bundle, it would probably show $109 worth of WCOOP tickets? Did they ever do that with the $109 bronze pass ticket or they just started doing this recently? If you don't use up all the WCOOP tickets, do they expire or do they automatically get converted into the regular tickets equivalent? I know that for a while, the $109 bronze pass only seems to show specific $109 tournaments that you can use the ticket for. So once WCOOP is over, then the option of the regular $109 tournament ticket package of $55, $22, $16.50, $11 and $4.50 tournament dollars will be back?

I can't speak to the micro millions bronze bundle, but when I used a silver pass for a WCOOP bundle, any unused tickets converted to tournament tickets for the equivalent value. I think these were then valid for a year, but it might have been longer. I do remember having some tickets that expired years from now which I thought was odd, but I can't remember if that came from this or not.
I checked with support before buying the bundle as I knew I wouldn't use all of them. I would do the same to be sure if you are thinking of doing it.

Okay so those silver pass tickets for WCOOP bundle convert to regular tickets. So this would apply if you do it for other events like for micromillions and SCOOP and similar right?
How do you even reach support and ask them these questions these days? Is it email or live chat?
The other thing is does anyone know if once WCOOP is over, will you be able to claim a ticket bundle for the $109 bronze pass? At the moment, it only shows a few $109 tournaments you can register with the bronze pass. Not long ago, I remember when there was no series, you could claim a $109 bronze pass bundle where it included $55, $22, $16.50, $11 tickets with $4.50 tournament dollars. Does anyone know if that would be back or not?

Played on there for first time and during the week leading up to the $100 "Sunday Million" 500 K on March 12th I won 3 different $20 satellites to it ($100 tickets)
*Just a heads up to anyone playing these -The tickets expired at 5 pm Sunday--no tournament dollars- - no credit -- Support was of no help and did not care , I did enter before 5 but thought I could use my tickets to rebuy since late reg was for over 4 hours I WAS WRONG ! THEY LOST A CUSTOMER !
