Hi, is it possible to improve the cash game filter/easy seat so you can specify different game types at different limits? I'm wanting to play 25NL including deep ante and 50NL excluding deep ante.

After last update , which caused my HM1 hud to stop working , I reverted back to an old version . I kept avoiding updates till at one point I got a message I wouldn't be able to access lobby if I didn't upgrade.

I closed PS with task manager .. but for some reason noticed it was still on , and my hud was working.

Don't know what happened but assumed when I'd click on the pokerstarsupdate.exe link , it would update , but nothing.

My Hud currently works , so I assume i'm on the previous version I had reverted to.

Friend neglected to mention it was his Mac version ..grr. Question answered.

PS has the ability to force you to update your software. they can and do do it sometimes when major changes have happened.

nope, 4 player shootouts, when two players join the final table it disconnects one. Pokerstars were informed over a month ago now and it still goes on.

Is it a known issue that the balance shown in the lobby does not update unless you click on the cashier button? Anyone else get this?

Your site/casino continues to disconnect customers paying rake to your casino/site. Multiple times today, yesterday and endless times in the last month you continue to disconnect customers from games they paid rakes to you for shootouts heads up.. Show customers some initiative and respect. You shelled out 541$ million dollars to protect your image from accusations. Spend some money and fix this problem. It shouldn't continue for one day let alone one month!

I've just been scanning the lobby at SCOOP ME & satellites and had wanted to just look at days x, y and z.

Updates will start to become more frequent now. Keep in mind that while I personally have not been posting, the thread has been read a lot and feedback here is being considered.

This is scheduled to be fixed in the next mobile client update which should come out before end of May.

I assume you are referring to opening a new table with the same opponent? This is in our plans, although there is no specific timeline for this feature.

As Baard posted in the SNG thread, this is also on the list of things to be done with relatively high priority.

To clarify, this is not really a bug in the sense of a software issue. This is a problem with the behavior of this player in ZOOM tournaments. Could you please PM me your PokerStars User ID and I will look into this further.

This is certainly possible. We have this as an idea to explore further for Easy Seat, but at this stage it is lower in terms of priority relative to other tasks. In PS7 we are adding favorites and we have been actually thinking to merge this behavior there where per favorite you can specify number of tables you want to play. But again, this is a concept that we will look into further down the line.

Versions of clients are different between each license and operating system as well. So COM Win is different from COM Mac, which are different from FR Win etc etc. If you still have an issue, please PM me the details.

7487 is quite an old version. It is best to have a look at the Software Improvements web site (soon to be updated with details for March and April release).

Which balance exactly are you referring to? PS6 or PS7?

Thanks. We don't have this specific ability planned at this stage. PS7 does allow you to filter by time range within each day, but not looking only at specific days of the week (or specific dates only).

you forgot that.

All the players I colour-marked on my session on Friday were for some reason not saved. I save HHs and make note before the next session. Is there a known issue why this happened?
This wouldn't be too much of a problem except that I really don't trust the "add player" to the player notes thing. I've done this before and despite c+p the name from the HH, it still doesn't work unless I spot a player and actually manually colour-code them. Maybe it would be better if the "add player" to the player notes was a search feature, similar to if you go to type in a players' name in sharkscope or OPR.

If you do not close the Stars client correctly using the [X] I was told they do not save.
