Should progressive bounty tournaments have the bounties listed in the text hand history?

PKO's should show to a player how much he did won in bounties after he gets busted. Very annoying trying to search and calculate how much I got and don't want to hassle with audit, as I want to keep good tracking with my winnings. Maybe you should even send e-mail about those prizes after bustout as with regular prizes.

You get a results email that details cash placement and bounties won - which players you KO'd.

I cannot remember if you get an email detailing the bounties if you do not place in the money.

I noticed in my PT4 that, for example, in a 4.4 prog super KO: 5 knockouts are presumed to be $10 in bounties @$2 per bounty whereas that is simply not the case.

Further, when running a hand analysis - either post session or in forum - having the bounty detailed in the HH would give further detail as to the dynamics in play on the hand.

As the tournament summary file is imported by most/all trackers, one presumes as a straight read of the PS db, the total bounty accrued by each player could be included in that file as a working solution?

if you want to correspond with them you need to post in the riggie thread. That is where employee(s) post on a regular basis these days. Sadly, it seems that is where the potential new players or the players that may go from casual to frequent player may be influenced so thats the focus to influence what they see. This thread might as well be closed. If I am lying look back the last 40-50 pages of this thread.

I have again reported an ongoing technical glich in respect to shootouts on Pokerstars. It has been going on for over a month. Initially it is like I have neevr explained this to them. originally they denied the problem than minutes later admitted one existed. Again they ask for log files and nothing gets resolved. The level of compenancy seems at an all time low.

After sending Stars a refund request for the problems I experienced today and a few days ago due to their lag issues .. confirmed with network status.

I had to stop playing because of a 4 second lag in between clicking and the action , timed out numerous times .. got blinded out a lot of chips ..

I requested at least a 3 BI refund , 45$ and I've paid 67k in rake to Stars , and this is the response I got. Completely ludicrous.

Basing refunds on what they assume I may have done in a hand , or if timing out "really didn't matter" .. ?

We are aware that the servers from the London England Server are not responding properly to the network test. We are looking into this matter and trying to find new servers to perform this test in the area. After reviewing your play for the last 3 days we found in total 10 tournaments (all $15 Hyper-turbo heads up) where there had been some problems with disconnection and time outs. After going through the hand histories I found the following:


- In 7 out of the 10 tournaments you defeated your opponent and won, so thankfully the effects of the problems were not huge there. As it would make no sense to refund you the buy-in in these cases (seeing that you won more than it) we obviously let you keep your winnings for all these tournaments.

- Tournament #903338914: Only slight problems one hand, a hand you would have lost anyway if you attempted to call down with King high.

- Tournament #903879138 : Same as above, slight problems, but they actually saved you in a hand where I assume you would have called down and lost more chips.

- Tournament #903877637 : Here you were affected in one hand that you otherwise would have won, and that would have given you a better chance of winning the tournament. We have credited back the buy-in for this tournament.

This means that we in total have credited your account back with $15, equivalent to one buy-in. From the tone of your email I assume you are not going to be happy with that decision, but please know that this decision has nothing to do with 'insulting you'. It is simply taken based on the fact that we had no issues in your part of the world, and that we have refund procedures to follow.

Pokerstars, please stop treating free trips to people when customers on the site can't finish games they p[aid for and rakes they give you because of your malfunctioning software. Thank you

Mugen that seems pretty fair tbh. Anytime i've had problems they've treated me well overall, customer service is pretty good

90% of my experiences with support have been horrible.

Multiple emails to have a simple question answered. Won't even get into deposit limits .. misinformation , incompetent staff .. multiple layers of hidden deposit limits.

I've been dealing with them for 6 years almost now. Paid 67K in rake to Pokerstars and they're analyzing my game and what I "might have done" in order to not to compensate me fairly.

That doesn't even cover the lost volume about 4-5 days ago because of the ridiculous lag that made it impossible to play.

Stars support got a good rep here because they answered 2p2'ers troll questions with comedic responses.

I'm sure all other sites are worse , doesn't mean Stars has good customer service.

nice try to get a freeroll. why do you play when you know there will be connection problems? next time wait until connection is better. Seems fair how pokerstars handled that.

Pokerstars is hit and miss, depends who is working I guess. Twice though there have been software problems relating to gameplay and they totally wet the bed. They have staff posting in riggie threads yet don;t address anything here, have staff sending private messages to try and hush things. Just fix your damn site for the customers who pay rake. Openly, honestly. Admit software gliches.

REQUEST: SnG registration -- Inside the confirmation popup, next to the OK/Cancel buttons ALSO give user a checkbox option:
"If full, register for another SNG of this type"
... just like on FTP.


REASON: I basically can not get into the 6max hyperturbos -- especially satellites during heavy traffic. But worse, I can ALMOST NEVER get into a HU hyperturbo match -- I click a 0/2 and there is a DELAY then the warning popups... but I have to drag-scroll down to click OK and it is almost always 2/2. Rarely I click OK when it is 1/2 but by the time my click is recognized it is 2/2 so I get ANOTHER popup saying "Registration Closed". :sigh:

Either way I have to cancel out of THIS match, click Refresh, and look for a new 0/2 to attempt...

These fill-ups happen SO QUICKLY that I'm pretty sure there are players who multi-table these who are using auto-register scripts.

I don't and I don't. I just want to be able to actually PLAY the damn things, without first having to "win" at some "quick-click twitch videogame".

Hi, I am player from Russia. Excuse me for my English. Russian poker forum players advised me write here. Yesterday, in Zoom tournament i am push from SB to BB. BB short stack did not fold or call, he purposely make disconnect very long, really about 10 minutes.
After tournament i looked his statistics on Pokerprolabs http://ru.pokerprolabs.com/hipermatrix/PokerStars (his nickname hipermatrix)
ITM 100%. So, maybe he always use this bug for the win in zoom. Theoretically, player can reach final table for the 2 hands. First fold on bubble, second- before final table. I think, it`s really big problem for honest game. I wrote to support, but, i think, support don`t take an interest in this bug. So, everybody can use late registration on zoom tournaments, use endless disconnects and on second hand receive money.
Can Stefan from Pokerstars management anything write here about this? And what the players think about this problem?
My humble desire- maybe PS management give a little humble gift for my alertness))

Is there a cultural thing in play here with Russian players wanting rewards for bug reports? Seem to remember a few similar posts.

There is a huge thread about the miss use of hyper turbo sattys where many players where purposely dissconnecting to waste time. Stars know about this and their action is to warn the player if they continue to do this they will be banned. Very easy to abuse this and male money unless the players are reported. On my phone atm but google hyper turbo satyy bug miss use twoplustwo ull see the thread.
