grrr, froze for a few mins so I started taking screenshots of all my stacks and lobbies for equity calcs, then i got the "unable to establish connection to server" error message and the client snap closed.

All my games are at 10/20. Maybe they just did a restart to change all games to action hour?

a ballache perhaps if you had a lot open but you could also rip out the stack information from the previous hand history in your local text files??

What are the chances that the MTTs will resume play at some point?

Just remove table-starters and waitlists. It serves absolutely no good for anyone except ratholers.

thanks, it's ok now as I'm able to log back in. All games appear to be paused, which at least enables me to screenshot everything and work out my equity. Suggest everyone else does the same.

First a word on the pop up at the end of Sit & Go's: It's becoming very clear that the immediate problems have arised for players who use third party tools that have been auto closing the previous version of this pop up which had just an "OK" button. Hence players might have fully forgotten this pop up even existed. Now the pop up has two buttons and those tools don't work anymore, hence the perception that we have added a new pop up that steals focus, when in fact this pop up in a different shape has always existed and has always stolen focus.

That said, the fact that third party tools are needed to remove this pop up and that it causes a lot of issues when it does show for certain types of players is not something that is good either, so we will look at how to fix the problem so that there is no need for third party tools.

In the short term, I would strongly recommend that if you find your experience to be severely affected by this pop up to go to "Options" > "Advanced Multi-Table Options" and then check "Auto Close tournament without notification". I understand this is sub-optimal for some of the affected players, but most likely if you are very bothered by the pop up your experience will significantly improve overall.

For the client update in June we will look to roll out a full solution to this pop up stealing focus and I will post here what we would plan to do soon.

This will be added, but not with the update next week (more details will be posted soon on what's in that update), but the one after around mid June

Lagging is sometimes caused by us, but the vast majority of the time it's caused by circumstances outside our control. Lags like the ones you describe can be easily caused by your internet connection experiencing a latency for many many reasons -- those can vary from your local set up to things fully outside your control. Also keep in mind that latency in online gaming is smth that is a lot more noticeable than when you do other things on the internet. You are unlikely to notice small latencies in your connection when not playing online games, but even a short delay of few hundred milliseconds at the "right" time when you play poker can be experienced as lag.

We are monitoring player reports on system issues all the time, and the situation that you describe with lags every other day for past two months that last for about 30 minutes sounds like smth very unique.

I am sure you have done this already, but just to be sure -- have you contacted support@pokerstars.com to see what insights they can provide?

It's a nice idea that we will look into for the future as an option for players who play a lot of tables.

Both will come after the porting to Cocoa API is done, which will take about a month more it seems.

No news right now. We do want to offer this functionality for sure.

On the other hand, there are also many good suggestions in this thread that have been implemented and released to players for years now which wouldn't have been done otherwise!

We read the thread daily and consider every post and obviously not everything can or will be done that's posted here. But this thread is invaluable in terms of player input for software improvements for us, so keep the suggestions and discussions coming!

Playing HUSNGs, several times today the rematch window hasn't appeared (~50% of the time from what I've seen). Pretty sure it's not due to villain busting account, since a couple were regular opponents and one quickly regged in the lobby afterwards.

Is it possible to have the tables within a layout autoswap when dragged and dropped ? I like to arrange my tables according to stake and currently use placemint to achieve this, would much rather use an inbuilt option.

Please schedule more non-rebuy SCOOP high round 1 and 2 satellites. For instance, today there were only 2 $215 SCOOP event 2 high round 2s with only one $8.80+R round 1 to each. Thanks.
