are you copying both the chip-d.bmp AND the chip-d.a.bmp?
make sure you also re-select your theme after copying the files over, this forces the client to reload the images it is using.

I understand they're trying to target 1 tabling 50NL or lower 2 buyin shot players to spend a half hour on the site before they're busto again. I just fail to see how low clearance rate > high clearance rate when recreationals can't tell the difference between a VPP and an FPP or how they're calculated anyways (this is just wild speculation considering there are a ton of 200+ post 2p2 members that don't even know and think Stars has no rb).

To be clear, I'm not ragging on free money as that's rather illogical. I understand how this is construed from my earlier post because $10 reload just seems kind of by Stars' standards and I was honestly quite surprised that this wasn't a typo.

It just makes no sense to me when the deposits are going to amount to regs splitting it up to 1/10th an extra buyin before we're back to status quo. Larger max bonus with more clearance requirements obviously keeps them around a bit longer with possible multiple, larger deposits trying to clear the same bonus. I specifically remember a fish at my table that had a FPP countdown going to have enough to buy a $50 bonus and dumped $200+ dollars after stating "right back, need to redposit" trying to get it, and then dumped the bonus too.

any announces about the mac bugs? i really think that ps should at least warn the mac players about the glitch of games that dont load/pop up..
otherwise they will just be collecting rake of a lot of players without the guys have even an idea that they are not playing

When I make a note and I put my mouse over it to see the note, the pop-up always disappear after few seconds. If I have a long note I don't even have time to read it all.

Is it possible to not remove the pop-up until we move our mouse again from the note icon?

after a -600$ caused by the last pokerstars bugs I got refunded 160$ from pokerstars. amazing.

that. the last 22 games was where the graph occurs with more than 10tables didnt pop up at time, then having to close the client manually, play shortstack while more than 40tables poping up(20tables + 20 lobbys becuz of pokerstars bug too).
got a nice 160 refund and lost like 1 year of life cuz of stress caused. tnx ps

this lobby bug is terrible and I updated their s/w right now - still there.

my experience with normal customer support made me think it would be rather swift, but apparently not so. I wrote them the 2 days ago. not that it is terribly long or anything, just wondering what to expect. does anybody have any experience here?

its tourneys..and it also doesnot change the green button to yellow..so you are just being sitted out without any info.
the excuse for not the full refund is that i was still able to play those tourneys after i had to manually quit the client while in the midle of 12 tables, and then was ok to play a 5050(chip relative to prize) shortstack, with 40tables poping up and also with wrong chip stack...

please for the love of god synch breaks for ALL satties too.
you guys force me to stay out of certain MTT satties because they don't have synch breaks. I need to go to the bathroom every now and then and I am very displeased that I have to make a decision between:
a) not firing up all games I wanna play
b) making up my mind which tables to sit out at: most of my tables (the regular mtts and mtt sit and goes) or the 1 (!!!!!! firing up more than one at a time of these, which I would love to do, also is no option since then i would have a different break time for every bloody single one of those) other mtt sit and go satty.
c) not going to the bathroom or for a smoke every hour but let my tables die down, get extremely bored when it goes down to too few tables until finally the last one is done and i can finally take a bloody longer break that I didn't want yet and try to detilt until I can start a new session.

I would be surprised if I was the only one affected and I am convinced that synch breaks for those would be a win/win for players and stars. I certainly would create more rake and expect to make more money. TBH, I cannot even come up with a reason why this would be a bad idea (and hence hasn't been implemented yet).

kzk were you getting any other problems apart from tables not showing up and the SNG lobby error?

Unregistering for tourneys

Please do something about this. I don't think Stars realizes how often those of us multi-tabling satellites have to unregister for mass amounts of tournaments. I have probably spent days of my life over the years unregistering. If you refuse to give us an "unregister all" button, then could you at least make the process easier. Here's how:

When you click ctl+r and it brings up the list of tournaments registered, you should be able to double-click the tournament to open the tourney lobby. Then the list SHOULD NOT DISAPPEAR after each tournament you go to. Right now, after you click on the tourney, you have to move your mouse to the "Go there" button, and then the list disappears and you have to start all over for the next tourney. You don't know how frustrating this process is for someone who uses hotkeys and has to unregister for tournaments in the middle of a 20-tabling session.

Surely though, an "Unregister All" button would be easier to implement.

the mac client crash really often. and it happens more time if I open more tables...theres also a weird connection with flash player. if i am 20 tabling and open a youtube video it insta crash....but it iwll also crash if im playing 22 tables and not watching any video..sometimes it crashes when im 12 tabling and am elimated of 2 tourneys at the same, or have 2 different announces at the same time.

i tested it in 2 different macs(macbook air 4gb ram and a macbook white 2gb ram) and both have almost the same results.


i use pt3 but i already tested playing without it and the client still crashes...theres also the problem with how the chips are displayed. heres an example, both sngs blinds at the same level with different chip displaying:
