I understand your position, but it should not be dismissed so easily. Code can be made to do pretty powerful tasks depending on what language is used. I know of at least 2 high traffic sites where they are still able to update in real-time with no drop in speed. I am not demanding this, just saying.

Count me in as someone who isn't liking the new notes feature. I can see it will be liked for ring game players but that's about it. I was hoping for something a bit better like coloring the rings around players seats.

new notes feature is buggy (i think?) in the mac client. not sure if this was planned, but the note icon isn't automatically changed to the default yellow at the table..in fact it is black and very hard to see in the hyper-simple theme. you have to go to that player's notes and change the color to something other than the default to get it to show up as that color at the table.

the pop-up is awesome though. <3 you stars

Please add an average stack size filter for cash games. By far the #1 reason that I might hold up the games, is b/c I am trying to find replacement tables that aren't littered with shortstacks. I would guess this is the case with a lot of other grinders as well.

Is this why I had an inbound connection problem while playing a SNG? The message came up as a Stars window but it turned up in my virus protection software when I looked it up in there. Don't really know what that meant.

all tables at least 30bb so we can get rid of shortstackers

Meh, the shortstackers play isn't really the problem; it's the fact that they can come back so quickly to a table with a 20BB buyin. There should be a 24 hour rule for buyins.

That's the subject of another improvement. I know you won't let us have access to the ini file.. I can live with that. Can't they move some of the "obvious" things like card mods, chips, card backs, mostly table graphics, etc to something like the xthemes folder or similar so that we can update like normal folk and not have to drag and drop a bunch of files just to get back to where we want. Just make table graphics outside the ini file and not changed by updates.

How about giving us a folder named "\xmods" with formats we have to follow. Works for me!!

I've just updated and the color coding works fine, however I wonder how do you get that white theme that Alex Scott has in his picture?

Now that the PC version is now available, I've commented on the colour coding in it's own thread, but for the sake of this thread being read by Stars I'll say again...

It would be nicer if we could just colour code a player without having to enter text in the player notes and the colour needs to be more visable on the tables. My suggestion is to be able to colour code the whole ring around the avatar. Some of the colours are very hard to make out on a tiny little square with an N in the middle, especially when multitabling.

It is a welcome step in the right direction though. Thank you Stars!

when someone bets then the pot size before betting wouldnt change for total pot. easier to calc pot odds/while multitabling much better to look at betsizing compareds to pot, like FTP has, that would be great.
