An $18k cash bonus for 1M FPP's would be super-useful.

A $100k cash bonus for 5M FPP's would be the nuts!

Really, why make ppl go trough all the BS buying/selling a Porshe hassle...

Running on OSX 10.5.6, and multitabling SNGs cascaded. New tables steal focus over active tables when a) first seating and b) annoyingly, on the deal of the first hand. This has already caused me a couple of misclicks. Luckily, as I'm running OSX, I can quickly use the Exposé feature to quickly locate any active windows that may have had the focus pulled from them, but this is far from optimal.

Would really love to see the old behaviour restored ASAP.
For everyone's edification, the cause of this has been identified and the old behaviour is expected to be restored in the next client release, which *should* be May 4 or 5.

Jeff

thank you Jeff!

now i might ask, is it possible to program the client in a way so that new tables don't pop up to the front at all? that would allow me to play at least 2 or 3 tables more and stop the action delay on all tables that is caused by me waiting for a table to pop up the 2nd time.
seriously, that would be such a huge improvement. please try to figure out a way to do this.
thanks again.

Thanks for the simple theme cards. Now please give me neon yellow card backs for villain cards. The grey card backs blend in with the hyper simple table theme I am using.

There are some free colored card backs on tiltbuster that you might like.

There are some freebies in the software forum here also. I do agree that the default backs from stars for the simplified deck should have a couple colored options. There are 6 different back choices - no reason all 6 need to be the same similar grey-shade.

Also +1 for 'Full Card' option for hole cards.

OK guys, here's the preview I promised. Please play around with the following items on the Test Site and let me know if you have any problems. As Jeff stated above, the next client update is scheduled for early next week.

Rematch

OK, so it took a long time, but we got there. We're still tweaking it so let us know your feedback.

Those of you who look closely will notice that the tournament buy-in (1050) has also been added to the title bar of the table.

More Time Zones

Are we missing any important ones still?

Table Highlighting

Purple for tables you're waiting on, red for tables you're sitting at.There are lots more little improvements in the coming releases too. I'll update the software news page in the next few days with a more comprehensive list.

Is this really hard to implement or something? I don't get it.

It's in there. lol Although a way to differentiate between 45 man $12 SNGs and 180 man $12 SNGs would be nice.

I understand it might not be feasible to stick the field size in the taskbar because of standard MTTs, but a nice way around it would be if you could click on the info tab and not have it revert back to chat once the next hand starts. Just keep it on info, so I just need to hit refresh and I can see if I'm at a final table or not. That would be sweet. Preferably with the option not to have to refresh it at all and have it automatic.

This would be good for DONs as well as you could tell at a glance if there are 6 or 7 players left.

Alternatively, just rip off FTP and have a special final table background.

Oh ok, my fault. I didn't notice it, was looking for a dollar sign. But I do see the tourney buyin. It's definitely better than before, so I'm not going to complain. But ask the above person said, it would be nice to differentiate between 45/90/180s and the such or tourneys of the same buyin. Maybe put the tournament name in there as well?

would you like them to put the names of all the registered players in the title bar also??

Here's a mild annoyance that i haven't seen mentioned: when i add myself to the waitlist for several tables, i use the up and down arrows on the keyboard while left clicking with the mouse. The software isn't fast enough, so i'll often get error messages saying "You are already on this waiting list" or "You are not on this waiting list."

Basically, it appears that the messages sent when the user clicks a button (e.g. the shared Waiting List/Unjoin List button) or presses a key (e.g. up or down arrow) get processed out of order. This same behavior can be reproduced by just rapidly clicking on the "Waiting List/Unjoin List" button.

Would it be possible for you to force serialization of these user-input messages?

Yeah, I've noticed this too. Kinda annoying.

There is a private $25/$50 HUNL table that required password access, any ideas what this is about?

No, that's not what I mean. Just some way to identify final tables. Title bar would be worst way to accomplish this. The stakes don't show up on small resized tables as it is. Info tab would be ideal except it reverts back to chat window every hand and needs refreshing.

In the lobby, next to the Cashier button, there is a clock, which you can click to set your preferred time settings. It gives 14 choices (out of the possible 24 time zones), but not the one where I live. Would it be possible to add the remaining time zone choices to the menu?

(Stars would then be one step closer to world domination)
