What happened to the note-taking feature? It seems that after I put 1 letter I have to click on it again to regain focus and be able to keep writing. After each letter

I have same issue, contacted their support and they are aware of it and gonna fix it some day. You can actually write the note, you just will see only first letter when typing, but after typing blind, reopen the note and you can see all text you typed.

When using PokerStars on MacBook the Cashier window doesn't pop out. Do you the same issue? How to fix it?

Got another high level answer from their 'technical department'. I asked to get the 'seat me here' option back at the tables so you can rotate the table.

Their response: all places in tournaments are randomly chosen, you cannot change them.

So they think I am asking if I can chose my table and neighbours in a tournament... Cant make this sh*t up. They do not understand the feature they removed.

Have you done anything to fix it?

So I gotta say, the new player to act highlight is terrible. It now lights up in the same area as note colours, so youi can't see the note colour and it kinda looks like a grey note itself. Poopy.

Has anyone else had an issue since the most recent update yesterday, that if you used the old favorites function and had the MTTs set to a specific time (400-630 PM in my case) it now ONLY shows games in that time frame no matter how many times you hit clear? And there is no function for changing the time settings anywhere that I can see.

I won't be able to play today because I can't see games at 9 AM when I usually start. I had only changed it at the end of my session yesterday to look at hypers to finish my day out.

I can't get the chat function to load in app or on website and the support email auto-replies saying it is dead and to use the chat function. So basically unless I want to only play games between 400-630 PM, Stars is unusable for me now.

I don't get the endless shuffling of deck chairs with these updates they do. I can accept bad changes if I can understand the underlying logic of the change and just disagree with it, but so many of these changes just seem pointless.

Wish there was mobile/desktop syncing for player tags/notes. Very cumbersome to manage two sets separately

Try to open user.ini -file in text editor and search if that time filter is set in the file and remove it.

1 month after this comment the problem still stands (at least on pokerstars.es the one I play). You can't take a note without going crazy.

The fall of pokerstars. Once a pioneer, now a shadow of what it once was. Even the dreaded mystery bounties they took more than a year to implement and came up with worse structure than winamax.

They finally fixed it.

You still can't set your seat in the hand re-player to where you are sitting, though.

Since the stars update, the favorites for the tournaments in now on the tourney lobby. Why did they do that? It's not in the regular tourney tab and you have to check or uncheck favorites?


The other thing is, is there a reason why certain tournaments don't show up in the lobby until like 12 hours until it starts?

Tip: show the average bounty value left on the Mystery Bounty pool like winamax does.

With the miserable time to act and the smaller time banks actually available it's the least you can do.

Many times after a stars update, my favorites for tournaments are no longer there and my hotkeys on the stars software is no longer there. I do have hotkeys on starscaption. I do not have any hotkeys for the stars software as it got deleted after the update. How do you save the stars favorites tournaments and the hotkey settings? This is with the stars client settings I am talking about.


I use a certain hotkey for fold and I notice in many tables, unless I bring my mouse and hover over the fold button and click fold, then the hotkey I use for fold doesn't do anything? Previously it didn't matter if I hover my mouse on any portion of the table and I fold with that button. Is there a way to fix this? Back then I remember having both stars and starscaption hotkeys... I would enter very similar ones and pretty sure I enabled it on stars. When you do that, that was no issue right? My hotkeys for starscaption was always enabled but I am pretty sure I had it enabled for the stars hotkey client as well.



What would happen if say you use a certain hotkey like W for 50% pot with stars hotkey settings and say 100% with starscaption and both are enabled. Does it use 50% or 100%? But the main issue seems to be my starscaption hotkey for fold doesn't seem to always work unless I hover the mouse over the fold option and then click on that hotkey for fold?

Did they removed the Bounty Builder 44$ on Sunday?I saw a different tournament(Mistery) with the same buy-in,on the same hour.

Is there an option to turn-off the feature that makes your hole cards rearrange themselves when they are dealt?

Since mid last week they slide after they are dealt so it is high card first.
