PS customer service is crap these days. In the past I've had some luck getting a response from their twitter account. Dunno how it is now with Musk ownership....

The "notes" tab is unusable. When you type in a note and then try to go and correct or add something, it shifts the cursor to the very end of the note. Impossible to modify an existing note.

New software update is absolute garbage tier

As soon as have more than 4 tables open it uses over 1GB of memory which is ridiculous

A more time consuming work around I found is clicking the settings icon beside the note edit date and manually searching the player name and editing the note through the pop up.

if you use StarsCaption - there is separate note editor for Stars notes in it, you can use it instead of native Stars editor (which is really terrible)

I always thought this was a me problem. It's been tilting me for the longest time, it's so difficult to make a note. Surely it can't be that hard to fix, they used to have working notes before they decided to "upgrade" everything.

It tilts the hell out of me too. This simple feature worked fine over a decade ago so it's not as though they don't have the code for it.

Why do we now have to see action plus timebanks when we want to see opponents hand in the replayer after showdown? Who comes up with stupid ideas like this?

Right - I haven't been on 2+2 for years but have a really niche bug in PokerStars right now and want to know if anyone else is experiencing it before trying to convince support - just getting hold of them is tough enough.

I play with slightly overlapping tiled tables. What is happening is if I click anywhere on a table to bring it to focus (nowhere near the action buttons) at almost the same time as autofocus is kicking in - it acts as if I have clicked an action button - sometimes fold, sometimes call, sometimes raise. This is not only frustrating but is also lighting $ on fire (admittedly its microstakes and I'm not going to struggle to eat tonight but as I say - its very frustrating).

Anyone else seen this?

Anyone else having this glitch where you get seated in a cash game table and the software forces you to post and play before getting the BB, thus wasting 1 bb? It works correctly most of the time, but then sometimes, randomly, this extremely annoying tilting issue happens.

A bug in the chests gave me an extra $1.50 rake-back at 2nl. A notice popped up asking if I wanted to play for a higher chest with 40% rake-back. I was multi-tabling and accidently clicked yes. I also forgot to close the first chest after cashing out $1.50, and then cancelled the 40% rakeback offer, and another $1.50 magically appeared. I was tempted to go back to the 40% rake-back offer to try it again. But then thought better of it.

Anyone else lost most or big % of notes and labels on players? Its seem so random since some few are still there n spread out over more years.

Hey guys, I've been playing on my old laptop for many years withou issues, haven't updated PS for while...just bough a new laptop and every time i multitable (around 20 tables), after while all tablees freeze, like not even time meter is running, nothing. I have to restart client and it happenes in while again. I tried to deal with support, they came with solution that it's because of my router. But i've been playing with same internet connection for long time. On that new laptop i've tried everything, updated software even old one from old laptop...still same issues...i googled and found nothing...
does anyone else has same issues or is there any solution i couldn't find?
