The running down timer* doesn't work for me anymore. Anyone else?

This used to be an issue with Aurora, but now it's happening with old client as well. Annoying.

*=When you get "12 seconds to act" warning it starts to run down a visible timer before going to timebank

guys, let's hope we will be able to play for for some time on old engine, cause aurora is full of shiet. If not this possibility to rollback I'd quit playing pokerstars.

Got software update... even though im already using aurora

This is most often caused by issues in your network setup.

Does show option of visit faq, copy logs or close.

same. simple reboot + running PokerStarsUpdate.exe as admin did fix it for me.

windows 10, but I'm asking around to some friends and they all got the same problem

And now after I updated PS I've lost ALL settings, I have no clue why. It even changed my client language.

It could be nooby from my side and bigger problem can exist, but I aslo had no sound after update to aurora and settings in pokerstars client looked like this:

I gave up on the old table layout since the time does not work properly for me as I've already said.
So, I went back to Aurora and I've lost all settings, as I said.
Now another funny thing is happening, everytime I try to open the client from the standard file wich is a shortcut that redirects to pokerstarsupdate on your PS folder, the client opens up for a couple of seconds, check connection and then shuts down for good.

Am I really the only one having all these problems?

Before I update my video card, is there any option to set up lower graphic mode on PC, so Aurora can run smooth and don't freeze out after 5 mins of play?

settings, table appereance, animation, disable everything, but you probably already did it

do you know if there is a fix for the too many tables pop up window ? if i have 4 zoom tables open i cant open regular cash tables anymore , window pops up asks me which table to close .
if i open the 4 reg tables first then i can open more zoom tables but the window still pops up .
how can i remove this window completely ?

Lol, I had won a few Blowout Series tickets, used 2 in MTTs and kept the rest for better ones. Now the tickets are only good for Satties. For one ticket there are only 3 sats left at times at which I can't play. Great stuff. :-\

Answer from Pokerstars support: It was a bug, those tickets were never meant for regular MTTs only for satties.

I smell PS bullshit, they have had a couple of overlays and covering themselves imo

I still have a $22 ticket left that's supposed to be valid until Jan 20, but I can't see any tourneys after tomorrow. Do you think other tournaments will show up there? Or why make the ticket valid until the 20th if there's nothing to use it on after the 10th?

Btw, what happens in the unlikely event that I qualify in two satellites that are both for the same tourney? I could play a qualifier for the $530 tourney tomorrow with my $22 ticket, but I'm already playing a $55 qualifier for that.

Never mind, found the answer.

Just a random client bug, hope somebody from PS sees this.

If you have your start menu located on the left side of the window (so, not on the bottom as it is in windows 10 out of the box), tables do not correctly remember their positions. So, if you close one tournament window, when the new one starts, it will be opened about 5 cm to the right, which looks exactly like a width of the windows start bar.

So, after a couple of sng tournaments later, a great window migration will happen and they will all be moved to the right, and they will continue going right.

THIS IS ****ING ANNOYING!

Lets just mention the fun fact that the cashier window has the same problem but in reverse. It will open "<----------------->" this much to the left, so, the same problem but in reverse.

It is obvious that the program is using different coordinates of the windows when opening them and when saving the position when closing, so this bug should be easy to fix.
