Aurora is lagging on intel hd graphics 2500, CPU load always 25% and very laggy when moving tables. Yes, I have an old computer i3 3240, but not ancient. So I have to buy a new processor or external graphics card to play on aurora graphics? WTF?

Mac client Stars has shutdown without warning 4 times since update yesterday for me, please look into Mac client issues if possible please

Also as a quality of life change, is it possible to show full holecards for PLO? Some of these card skins with aurora make it so stubby and difficult to see for old men like me.

I've got a 1080Ti and a 9700k yet Stars is telling me I'm experiencing performance issues with their software? Excuse me? I can run most games at 1440p 140fps at ultra settings. Why exactly is a poker client so performance intensive? Also, why can't I use a custom felt color like I was able to with Nova theme? It's tilting the **** out of me.

DO YOU REALIZE WE HAVE A MILLION OTHER SETTINGS WHICH DEPEND ON OUR THEME LIKE OUR HUD POSITIONING AND OUR HOTKEYS?

IF YOU DO WANT TO FORCE THAT NEW ENGINE, GIVE AMPLE WARNING FIRST, MAKE SURE IT'S CUSTOMIZABLE AND BRING BACK XTHEMES SO WE CAN MOD THE FILES AGAIN AND MAKE THE TABLES THE EXACT WAY WE WANT TO!

PS. WHAT'S THE BIG DEAL WITH PLAYERS HAVING CHOICE?

Just wanted to give everyone an update on the matter. I double checked with ps support as I am in the last days of the "Platinum Grind Race" If you could get banned by going back to the old software.

This is their answer: "Im very sorry I'm not aware of any way that would let you go back to the old graphics so I will not be able to assure you that there are not going to be any consequences"

I should add that over the past few months, a very consistent problem I ve faced is that when I open the client and click on an option like tools or settings, the client freezes and won't open those options. When that happens, games are playable, but there's a great deal of lag.

The only way to make it work is to restart the client until you are able to open menu items on the right.

Then games are playable and free from any lag.

Obviously I have no clue why the client behaves that way.

They're doing the same thing as PartyPoker did. They had great software and changed it to tables with tiny fonts that you can barely see and made the games not fun to play any more. PokerStars is doing the same thing.

Poker players have been saying for years that Stars is hands-down the best poker software around. So they decide to **** it up and change it? wtelf?!

Starshelper no longer works with these new updates. Although now I can see BBs in the client without it, resizing tables will take a bit longer now.

Exactly my thoughts. Why would you change the one thing that's keeping the majority of players just about happy enough to accept all the nonsense that's already been thrown at them...

Stars wants everyone to participate in the throwables and gamificated promotions and stuff so they need people to use aurora. unfortunately it’s really bad.
