Try logging in to the website, it should work there.

It's possible to replace the table background file

C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerStars\casual\spin-goal\backgrounds\Reflective.jpg

(the PokerStars folder may be at a different location in your system, mine is Win 7) with e.g. some edited version of the background file of the Mercury theme

C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerStars\Themes\nova\green\style-P7\backgrounds\Reflective.jpg

(this will require some tweaking because the oval of the table is lower in the latter file, so you may have to append some blank space at the bottom and cut some space out at the top in a graphic editor) and analogously other files in the spin-goal folder if you're not as lazy as me.

Of course back the spin-goal folder up and make sure to be launching the client via a shortcut (set to run as admin) pointing to C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerStars\PokerStars.exe, not PokerStarsUpdate.exe like the default shortcut does, so that no update happens at the start.

Pokerstars hand histories are no longer correctly saving, in fact I'm missing huge amounts of hands even if I use the table HH feature. I played a small session earlier which amounted to 11.20$ profit on zoom but my PT4 graph shows only a profit of $6.34, this is unacceptable.

Edit: I requested HH from the client but it would only send max 200 hands, some of the missing hands were there, but not all.

same problem here - cant even see hands in Pokerstars hand history. Annoying like fk

Same problem for me here, I send a request of my hands history to the support.
Hope they can give us all the miss hands.

Also having the bug mentioned above about disappearing hands which is quite frustrating! Also had this happen which is even more frustrating. The cards are there, I just can't see them!

I also have had this issue this evening.
I had it go slightly further..... I noticed that I had a hand show as me winning but then the chips/Money never came to me.
I was unable to find this hand in the replayer or via my PT4.

I then had another hand where the turn automatically checked and the river autofolded without me touching my computer.
I actually had a very strong holding and would have raised it up too.

I spoke with support and they are looking into it after not being able to find the missing hand to start.

Will see what happens with both hand issues.

Every 80 hands I've been manually sending the last 100 hands to my self and reimporting and every time there's been a few hands that were initially skipped. As far as I can tell I'm getting all the hands I've played though.

Today first time I noticed same thing. I was playing Zoom Cash. Not sure if there is a logic to it. Maybe the server restart today will help. I have inquired with support also. I don't think it has happened to me in MTT last couple days so maybe it is a zoom or cash thing.

I could entertain all the other garbage changes and decline in their support, but this is beyond the pale. I emailed support two days ago and haven't heard a thing back. Besides the fact the re-player has been displaying corrupted hands for months now, hand histories are no longer correctly saving to disk. I'd guesstimate 20-30% of hands just disappear, they don't show in instant HH on the table nor do they import to pokertracker resulting in hud errors and an inability to track profit/loss.

This is totally unacceptable and something that would have been immediately corrected under old stars management, what a fall from grace this once great company has become.

They have said nothing to me on the missing hands I have.

With the other issue I'm being told it's me who checked and Insta folded to a bet on the river when I held the top full house.

URGENT!!

I had issues with lobby not opening tabs. Email support said i should use Revo uninstaller to fix that and so i tried.
Just started pokerstars now and I lost every note and tag Ive ever made
They are also not in the appdata - local - pokerstars folder anymore..

How can i retrieve them?
I tried system-restore with this didnt do anything

Should've backed them up before uninstalling, nothing you can do now.

Not sure if would help but maybe try to restore to a recent windows backup if u mad one prior to the changes.

So when I open and play on pokerstars it ends up shutting down my laptop with no warning.

It then resets all my customised settings like bet sizes and seat positions among all the other settings too....

So dam annoying as it's always when you've got premium hands and start the 3or 4Betting and .... BAMMMMMM SHUT DOWN

it's not a big problem, but recently whenever i bust in a tournament i'm not getting any notification anymore.

i noticed another problem.... i busted the 22$ mini fast friday for the second time. but even though it says that i have 2 reentries in the late reg period i can't reenter. it only shows the "take your seat" button.

Did you try closing the table and clicking on the 'Register' button in the main lobby? This method has always worked for me, even after this reentry bug appeared (many months ago). Perhaps reentering from the tourney's own lobby also works after you close the table (I don't remember I've ever tried that).

i closed the table but it still only showed the "take your seat " button and no "register" or "play now" button. when i clicked the "take your seat" button it opened the already closed table
