They are now a disjointed mess which as you see reflects for the customer as the software is unreliable. TRere are pokerstars programmers and amaya programmers, presumably a huge lack of communication between them, presumably different operating systems and internal systems that differ and the result is what you currently experience. I wanna say that Pokerstars is just a shadow of what it once was, but that doesnt even cover it.

Your software was your ONE advantage over your competition. Now you have none.

Dont even come in here and "apologize for the inconvenience", and then have this happen again in a couple of weeks. Just bloody fix it!

People use the term JokerStars lightly when they have a bad river but the true JokerStars now really applies to what the company has become. The whole experience is really a joke now.

Just send a message to the support with 2 subjects: the freeze that happened to the software and about a bug that reset all my card match cards on the tables, one of them at 80%. Couldn't finish the promotion later due to the bug.

They sent me back an automatic idiot message about how sorry they are and explaining how the tournaments procedures works on these occasions. I don't even play tournaments... idiots.

I feel I can call them idiots because it seems that we're only talking to machines at this point when sending e-mails to their support so it shouldn't hurt anyone's feelings.

I m a stupid attorney working 60 hours a week, this was the ONE night I could play all MTT, holiday tomorrow and wife and daughter away for the week-end, so naturally this happened. Such the biggest joke ever this site. I'm done with PS.

I'll also make sure to spread the word.

I hear you, 3 times i got the same generic reply to my queries, here is the 4th email i sent:

Thank you again for the third consecutive identical bot generated generic email in regards to my concern that has not been answered.

When the site freezes, why do you continually allow people to register? Upon the site freezing, the $16.50 BB was at 1203 entries, so a prizepool of 18k. When the refunds were calculated, it was based on 1947 entries, which makes it very close to the 30k prizepool.


Is this a method you guys have in place to cover any overlay in situations like this cause it just seems fishy like it is. how many players were cost money as i was due to over 700 more entries? How many players got a freeroll by being able to register late and make money? Why were they tournies not manually paused right away instead of an hour and a half after the freeze.


Is a god damn joke. What was once a great site and forerunner of the online poker industry has been reduced to a steaming pile of crap.

What an embarrassment this company has become. And never a peep out of Lee Jones or Eric Hollreiser, the two supposid "communications" and PR people. They just hide on twitter posting stupid things for the 3 people that pay any attention. They take no responsibility for anything that goes on anymore while Keith has to continually come in here day after day after day ad apologize for this utter crap

I spoke to someone who is dealing with sorting out the effects from our disruption this past Sunday, and learned that we are working through our data to identify affected players and to calculate an equitable refund for each case. This is a time-consuming manual process that will take a while to complete, so we apologize for the delay and ask for your patience. Not sure where to post this but why on earth have you changed the player transfer system. As it is now i could play a 1000 tournaments in a month then after that receive a $1k transfer and i need to play through it before its withdrawn or transfered to another player.

Could a rep explain how the new system works, what the requirements to "unlock" the funds are now.
