Just experienced this.
Keith, I sent an email to Stars support, so I won't post my whole story here. I sent my log files and asked that they be forwarded to you.
When the game that I had just registered for started, the table never opened. I went to the "Registered in Tournaments" dialog and the game showed up as running. I could not open it. I tried double-clicking, I tried the "Go There" button, nothing worked. I was playing two ring games at the time without an issue, so I don't believe that it was a network issue.
I had to exit PokerStars and log back in. When I did I made it back just in time to see my opponent win the game, which kind of sucks. I asked support for a refund. We'll see what happens.
On a side note, I tried to send my log files via the Send Log Files button in the Log Files tab within the Help menu. This is the second or third consecutive time it has failed and I have had to send them manually.
The Tournament ID of the Spin & Go that I missed is 1842735932.
