Just experienced this.

Keith, I sent an email to Stars support, so I won't post my whole story here. I sent my log files and asked that they be forwarded to you.

When the game that I had just registered for started, the table never opened. I went to the "Registered in Tournaments" dialog and the game showed up as running. I could not open it. I tried double-clicking, I tried the "Go There" button, nothing worked. I was playing two ring games at the time without an issue, so I don't believe that it was a network issue.

I had to exit PokerStars and log back in. When I did I made it back just in time to see my opponent win the game, which kind of sucks. I asked support for a refund. We'll see what happens.


On a side note, I tried to send my log files via the Send Log Files button in the Log Files tab within the Help menu. This is the second or third consecutive time it has failed and I have had to send them manually.

The Tournament ID of the Spin & Go that I missed is 1842735932.

Guys, i can see lot of you had that disconnection problems, just like me last few days, can get back for like 20 minutes and my stacks are gone (turbo sngs). Back on ps.eu im sure i would get refund without a doubt, but now with ps.cz support they basically told me to **** off, that i should contact my internet provider about losing date packets etc, they never answer any more questions about refund, not even when i say i have two different providers, doesnt make sence to me.

So i just wanted to know, did you ask/get refund? Or how did u solve your problems? Its obvious they dont know whats the problem and trying to lie to me with those packets.

Seriously what is wrong with your software? My tables are constantly freezing and have just had my client suddenly close when I was about to do a all in river bet.

I play Microgaming at the same time so it definitely isn't my computer/internet.

What the hell...trying out this Zoom promo and it takes a solid 10 seconds before my cards appear each hand. I make it to 60 or 70 percent complete of the promotion 35 hands in and then I got an error that said I cannot be seated at the Zoom table after I clicked quick fold. Lost all my progress. WTF is this?

I have experienced the exact same issue more than 10 times in the past month.

The progress bar bug should be fixed for most clients now in the latest release. If you are on EE, FR, PT or RO the fix should be in next week's update. If you're not on one of those clients and are still experiencing the issue, please let me know (PM'ing me a screenshot and your UserID would be great). Just to clarify, the bug is a visual one and you continue to earn StarsCoin as usual, though I appreciate it's frustrating not knowing where you stand in a given Step.

Regarding some of the other reports here, I'm inquiring to try and get you guys some updates.

please answer about this promo and why is there no way to disable it?
you can do us all a favor by removing cardmatch and make a note to never bring it back, there are dozens of better promotions that are not making it next to impossible to play some poker

Apologies for this bug - it was reported to developers, they have made corrections and we will be redeploying all affected licenses today and next week.

Note that this was caught before we deployed the .COM clients, so the majority of players won't have been affected.

As I mentioned in this post last month, the removal of Tabs is a permanent decision.

A few other updates - will try to get more information next week:

Spin & Go - Some players reporting that when they register for a Spin & Go the money is taken from their balance, but they can’t get into the game. They need to restart the client in order to get to their table.
The team is aware of this and it is under investigation, but we have not been able to reproduce it yet.
Hand Replayer - missing hands issue.
This was reported to the team a while ago and is still under investigation. Unfortunately we do not have an update on when it might be resolved.
iOS Zoom Bug - this issue affected only the first hand in Zoom played on iOS devices.
This has been corrected in the next build expected to be available next week.
I know there are other issues players are dealing with, and I will try to get more information on some of them, too, next week.

How do I set up the Quickseat option so it only sits me at tables that have x amount of players currently sitting there? I had it set up but the latest .uk update seems to have removed it.

It's ok. Tell the "Team" to take their time. There's no need to rush. It's only been a MONTH since this was reported. Also, it's not like it's a big deal or anything, I mean, who cares about hand history anyway...

It's really sad seeing a site like PokerStars going from the most perfect poker software ever seen to what it is today. I remember like two, three years back when simply there were no bugs. The only problems were when there was a big freeroll with like 100k players and the site just froze for a bit. Nowadays you see the most bizarre bugs. A recurring one for me is also in zoom. Sometimes it's my time to act but I can't see the players at my table. It's just me, the action buttons and that's it. Sometimes I can see my cards, sometimes I can't. I don't know who acted in the hand or who's still to act. It's really bizarre.

can someone please tell me where can I find release notes for patches ? I tried some official link but it only automatically transfers me to my country language version and notes are from 2015, and I want to see fresh ones.
Also, is there any info about rewards and winning percentages for Card Match promo ? I can't find it in Challenges window nor in Table chat. Website also offers no such info

Thanks Keith. My email to support has already been answered, and I doubt I will be receiving any further responses on this particular issue. Nowhere in their response did they mention forwarding the log files, but they also didn't read the second half of my email. If the logs do not make their way to you, please let me know, and I can send another request.

The customer support rep that responded to my email was Daniele.

And yes, they granted me my $1 refund, but not after telling me it wasn't the fault of PokerStars and that it was only a "one-time good will credit."

Getting a "Pokerstars - Page cannot be displayed" in my card match window this morning on all the limits I play.
