Stars log file randomly taking up 300gbp space on my harddrive
Zoom hands randomly not saving / non viewable
Spins randomly glitching when you try to enter more
Cashier load time crazy slow sometimes?|
Now takes several days for vpp balance updates?

Any dealings I've had with your support in the last year have been garbage re. my account.

I mean if we just focus on the zoom hand problem. WTF is that? How did I not get an e-mail about this, or something. You've made it blatantly clear that regs be dammed, but you do realise that we may rely on accurate HH tracking for a host of reasons.

According to HEM we just have to wait and see when this is fixed?

The biggest surprise to me was hearing the IT dept doesn't work on weekends + Monday(as it was some sort of celebration day).
I doubt that was the standard before Amaya.

Not saying the IT guys should be slaves working 7/7 24/24 but I imagined there were some kinds of shifts so that someone is still there each day.

The vip rebates thing was easy to fix, they did it on Tuesday right away when they came back from the days off so yes most likely no programmers are working in weekends and official free days.

When you have that approach at a company that has the largest poker pool + some sportsbook and casino as well no wonder you get all the issues you got lately.

The fix should be in this month's new client releases which are being rolled out (specific day depending on your license) over the next week. You should notice the fix after you've been asked to update your client. If the issue persists, let me know so that I can have the issue further investigated.

Fix zoom please.. I just randomly disconnected from a river decision, said the table was closed in zoom? PT4 didn't track, no hand history replayer.

The 30 18-90 mans do not always pop up after registering if you register after the tournament starts, you have to click "take my seat." not the end of the world usually, but really annoying if you have a bunch of tables.

whenever im playing zoom FR 4 tables A LOT of times i want to replay a hand to make a note about a player and the hand is missing, is tilting me bad.

what is going on with zoom? Seems like zoom was "canceled"? Was playing and suddenly the game stoped, the hands being played were canceled somehow...

The replayer when playing zoom is still not working properly. When you right click on a player to give him a coloured note, you have to do it more than once to get it to stick.

I know you probably don't have real power in the company but maybe the people that do hear about posts like this.

You used to be so good in every area before and it's a real shame how bad you've become.

P.S: they'll probably want to cut some more costs if you do and just fire one of you.

Not working weekends. This is disturbing. Is this security also off on weekends

Dealing with support is so tilting now I tend to avoid it wherever possible. It takes 3 emails (spaced out over a day) until someone even understands the question.

It's terrible from the customers perspective but financially it's a good short-term move, that's all Stars care about in 2017. Stars first line support used to be native English speakers earning £30k+ - that probably pays for 6 third world copy + pasters.

I have a question for a pokerstars reprezentative:

I received a couple of days ago an email, that pokerstars will eliminate the "Tabs control style". I play cash games. Can you tell me pls what does "Tabs control style" look like? Or maybe a screenshot with it?

This is the exact formulation: And I don't understand anything from it: "You’re receiving this email as you recently used the ‘Tabs’ control style in the ‘All Games’ PokerStars lobby. However, this will soon be replaced with the ‘Filters’ control style. To make this change now select ‘Lobby Display’ options under ‘Settings’ and adjusting your control style to ‘Filters"

So it`s Sunday morning, just got disconnected and lost timebanks in some tournaments.
And no, it`s not my internet connection, playing on 888 without any issue. Also a fellow grinder confirmed he was disconnected also.
Please do something with your buggy software, it`s already months since people complaining about crashes and other stuff but still nothing has been done!

If you go back a few pages of this thread, Pokerstars Keith has posted somewhere on one of them about these changes and has also included screenshots detailing what the changes look like, along with instructions on how to use them etc...
