Is it possible to update bounty prize in lobby? in progressive tournaments, lots of players with big bounties busts out so bounty prize should change.

Update - the team reports that our developers have found the source of the problem causing issues with the Card Match feature and the Challenges window. They have resolved the problem and the features should be working properly now.

If you still have problems, please let Support know so they can help us understand whether it is related to the same issue or something new.

Just wishing to give some feedback...

I'm really dis-liking some of the changes being made in updates to the client.

1# Opened my cashier to see the 'play money' part of it has been highlighted with a bright green tab saying 'Free chips', along with a bright red exclamation mark.

Everything else in the cashier is fairly plain apart from the 'deposit' button and i'm playing on a real money site so, why is something that has absolutely no relevance to me now taken centre stage in my cashier?

Personally, I don't think anything to do with 'play money' should even be showing in the cashier in the first place. Pokerstars has a .net site for play money and I signed up to a real money site (.com) to play real money so, why is that stuff even there?

I know it's been there for years etc...but, it wasn't as much of an issue until now because, now it's been highlighted to take centre stage in front of the real money info I visit the cashier for in the first place.

If your going to have play money stuff taking up room in a real money cashier, then at least please change the layout of the cashier and move play money to the bottom in it's own little space, out of the way or something - not highlighted right, smack, bang, in the centre of the cashier.

I would personally like play money removed from the cashier or an option to remove it or at the very least, starcoins, my bonus status and history (which are relevant to real money) moved above the play money stuff and closer to the real money balances.

2# Extra pop-ups. Finished playing a tournament which offered the winner a ticket to another tournament, along with multiple cash prizes.

Once busted, I had the usual pop-up appear telling me what position I busted out in but, also had a much bigger pop-up appear listing multiple tournaments and asking me if I wished to register for another satellite.

I registered for the tournament in the first place so, I obviously know where to find them if I wish to play another one and the last thing I need when busting a tournament is the chore of having to close multiple pop-ups!

Here am I clicking options where available in my settings to 'simplify' my poker client, along with what's happening whilst i'm playing and yet, here you guys are clogging things up and adding more stuff that isn't needed, which makes simplifying things that much harder.

These sorts of updates aren't doing anything to enhance my overall playing experience on Pokerstars. Instead, (in the case of the extra pop-ups at least) they are causing me frustration.

If your going to continue to add these types of unnecessary things, then please at least add more options in the settings to also get rid of them.

Obviously, this is just my own personal opinion on the matters raised and i'm only 1 player of many but, hopefully the feedback i've given might still be taken on board.

One of the most recent idiotic things is the new balance hidden when it shows the balance if you hover over it. Can't find a single reason why ps changed that. Just another braindead decision and update imo. If you want to see the balance just click the foking cashier open.

I've tested build 15077. Crashing/freezing problem still exist. This bug appears during playing two or more Spin&Go's and one of table is going to be closed, then all tables and lobby are freezing. Take a look on the screenshot (right table is going to be closed):

2/3 of my card matches didn't scratch properly forcing me to leave the table and find a new one in order to play a new card and I have no idea how much I got from those cards too.

Are you surprised? After amaya takeover they replaced top experts in the field with a bunch of clueless monkeys

No I am not surprised. Just pissed. Pretty sure at some point there will be popups like 'in the last 60 minutes you have won/lost x ammount. Would you like to continue?

Got aces cracked in a satellite and right after the hand ended, pokerstars crashed. (I was still playing like 6 tables).
If this isn't the most tilting thing ever, I don't know what is.
Worst thing is I talked to support and they told me to send some log files and I never heard from them again.

Zoom pools way down again, something not quite right these days.

Remove this FKN TILTING pop up message whenever i bust a sattie by your sophisticated photons rng.

OR at least add a check box .........."don't show this message again"

IF i want to burn more $$$$ on another sat i know where to find them.

so weird. this board won't come out of the screen. I've played like 4 hands and still hasn't changed.

Crashed 10+ times on stars today, no clue what was up.

My main concern is I registered the $5.50 8k Deep Stacks (Tourney #1709510774) and was not seated in the tourney. When I tried to open the tourney lobby or clicked on the "Take Your Seat" button, either nothing happened or the client crashed on me. I regged other tourneys and my tables popped up fine.

I'm seeing an advertisement for the 1 Million dollar Spin & Go saying "Turn $5 into 1 M" but there are no $5 Spin and Gos on my client.

Mine is the same...advertising it to me but, not showing in the client.

I noticed this on the webpage :

"The $1 Million Spin & Go promotion is a temporary product offering which will be available during special promotional periods only."

I'm guessing it's currently not a special promotional period and that's why it's not showing in the clients?

Personally, I think they should only be advertising promo's to players when they actually are available. Otherwise it's like them saying "hey, come and join us in this great new game - it starts in 3 months time!

Thanks for posting. It is always our intention to only promote things that are actually available (unless it is an advance promotion for an upcoming event, etc. with clearly spelled out timelines).

The $5 promotion stopped yesterday, and if there were banners or web pages for this persisting beyond the promotion period, it was a mistake on our part for which we apologize.

We have alerted the relevant teams so they can follow up to remove the promo materials.

I'm also noticing other new mistakes in the client. Today i'm getting pop-up messages and news feed info in my client for things that aren't even available to me.

I had a message today inviting me to start a new challenge...The 'Live dealer casino holdem challenges - win a share of $2000 in daily challenge giveaways'.

I clicked on the 'start your challenge tab' and got taken to my challenges window. Of course, this challenge is no where to be seen. Why? Because there casino challenges i'm being offered and Pokerstars casino isn't even available in my country.

I checked the details of this crashing problem in Windows "Event Viewer" and found following two kinds of error mesages (first message occurs more often):

Does somebody know how to fix it?

I made graphics card driver update, ntdll.dll update, tried to run pokerstars in compatibility mode for WinXP...Pokerstars is still crashing - any idea what to do?

My setup: Windows Vista 32-bit Service Pack 2, NVidia geForce 8600M GT (driver version: 342.00), Pokerstars build:15077

The 25/50 pools for both 6max and HU NL are in a frozen state if you try to observe them while all other pools are observable with no problems.

Just got the crash now, but it didn't happen until the 8th Spin&Go. Not a good sign.

These casino challenges (that are not available to me due to my country not having access to Pokerstars casino) continue to be offered to me in my client through pop-ups and news feeds.

I have also read in the Promotions thread that other players from other countries (whom also have no access to Pokerstars casino), are also receiving the same pop-ups and messages offering the same challenges that they can't participate in.

Seems like someone is just mass offering these challenges to everyone, whether the Pokerstars casino is available in there country or not.
