We were pleased to announce earlier today that PokerStars has received technical approval from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement and is now fully live in New Jersey. Thanks once again to all of you who took part in the testing period and have been helping identify issues and showing patience as we work through some of the early kinks. It has been appreciated. We apologize for the inconvenience the sound bug is causing. This bug will be fixed in the next client release, which is still a couple weeks away. You could consider muting your sounds if that is a better alternative in the meantime for you by going to Settings -> Global --> Sounds and unticking "Enable sound effects".

I passed this on to the Casino team to investigate. StarsCoin should be credited for casino games at the rates
described here. Note that you do not earn VPPs at this time for playing casino, so you should not expect to see any progress on your VIP Steps progress bar at the poker tables.

The BronzeStar criteria simply means that BronzeStar VIPs and higher are eligible to purchase them. There may be items in the future that are specific to higher VIP statuses.
