Well we can log in now but seems a ton of tables are still paused including the 4 tourneys I was registered in... As if I would pay to play in a tournament at this moment though!

Where "________" is the Tournament ID, "X+Y" is the buy-in of the tournament, and "USERID" is your PokerStars User ID.

For example, "REFUND: T#123456780, $20 + 2, KidJoker"

For multiple tournament refund requests, please note additional tournaments in the text of your email. For example:

T#123456780, $20 + 2
T#123456781, $10 + 1,
T#123456782, $50 + 5
etc.

If you do not know the Tournament ID, you can find it in the PokerStars software using the playing audit feature. From the PokerStars Lobby screen, select:

'Requests’ → ‘Playing History Audit...'

Please also be aware that your refund request may take a few days to be processed.

When will games resume?

The regular MTT schedule will resume at 6am ET. Sit & Go’s are expected to be live by that time if not sooner. Spin & Go’s are live now.

As mentioned earlier, ring games are now live on the site.

How will MTTs be resolved?

All MTTs are paused. They will be reviewed on a case by case basis and either rolled forward or rolled back

Rolled forward means we disperse the prize pool to the remaining players, at least partly based on chip stacks. The formula differs depending on whether or not the tournament had passed the money bubble.

Rolled back means everybody is refunded their buy-in and fees as if the tourney never happened.

What about Sit & Go’s?

All Sit & Go’s will be rolled forward.

How do I get my refund?

You will be automatically credited with refunds as the tournaments are rolled forward or back. Sit & Go refunds are being handled immediately. MTT refunds may take a bit longer but will still happen today. You do not need to request the refund.

What about ring game refunds?

If you feel you lost money in a ring game due to server issues, please contact our support department.

Hi Chris ,all sites at times have a server failure or a problem .Stars is rock solid compared to most.But what has annoyed me and many others is once again the lack of information or advice via Twitter.It took well over an hour from the point of it being an obvious major fault to get a single tweet ! thats just hopeless imo.I know the account was being monitored as 2-3 clients where told to email support !!! really !!! asking for the 30k or effected players to email support -well that WOULD cause a problem. Either the twitter acoount needs to be more reactive to customer concerns or a second fault/tech advice/help twitter account needs to be set up for the future please.
