They do not respond to letters, funds have been frozen. My numerous letters with questions and possible help from my side are simply ignored. I am writing here as a cry for help, since I have done nothing wrong and have not violated anything. I have always considered Pokerstars the best room, with the best support. And then suddenly you are banned and funds are frozen simply by not responding to your letters, to any mail and any feedback forms.
I am ready to answer all their questions, even on camera, even how, to shoot video games and any interrogations. Initially, I wanted to understand what they are not satisfied with and that they have been checking for the second month. And what's next? How much can I check? A year, two, three and be silent?
I hope the managers will see this letter and respond. Please help me.

They stopped e-mail support, so you should write them on twitter and use support chat in the help center. (its possible to get to a human if you click on account relations button. GL I hope its get sortet out for us soon.
