what is the catch here? what is the catch here?

I'm finishing my MBA in May and have been on the job hunt. I ran across this and wondered if it was a scam or could be legit.

I don't have much experience trading but have supported myself for the past 2 years playing poker and have been interested learning more about day trading (starting with the day trading threads here.)

Looks like they want a proven trader not a college guy.
Notice the important part... "Must be able to supply day trading records."

yeah, i know that the job posting was for experienced traders but the site had the training angle so i was interested in it.
