Tax Question - Contract labor from freelance site. They file 1099-Misc. Do I need to also?

If I hire a worker from a site like vWorker/Elance - how do I report that expense on schedule c? If I report it as contract labor, the instructions say that I need to file a 1099-Misc, but the freelance site says they already do that.
(I'd call them, but they are closed until Monday and I'm impatient.)
