Its been about a year since I started this thread. Some of the picks have done well with others struggled. The biggest winner was Post and the bigger loser was Hornbeck. Overall the results were good; according to my calculations, putting money into the recommendations equally netted a 14.37% return vs 3.98% for the SP500 (ignoring dividends both ways).
Thanks to the positive feedback ill do another thread like this again at some later date when I have a new list of companies I like. I hope this was helpful to people trying to understand the process and people make some money form the suggestions.
