Ok I'm a regular poster on this forum and created a dummy account so people wouldn't asked any questions etc etc... .also I felt this would be the right forum MODs if not please move.

Here is my situation, I'm 20 years old and live with my parents and having been living off a poker income for 2 years now.I have 10-15k, I'm not a super smart person that A+ in every subject lets just say I'm about imo a little above average,

I getting tired of poker now and recently read Mike Timex McDonald (Link at bottom of post). I've been thinking about my situation a lot lately, I've done a little research about but with no sufficient results.

Anyway long story short I have a 10-15k bankroll and I really don't know what to do with it, I mean I want to do something smart with it but really don't know much, wow actually this is hard to explain well not hard just I may sound a lazy a bone idle, I don't want to work for someone 9-5 if you get me, I want to do something smart with my money that can help me in the future I don't mind working or something for a bit, but not like everybody else I know, The people I know that I see everyday either go to work get paid ****ty money and do nothing with no dream to make something of themselves.

So what do you suggest I do with the money?

hmmmm maybe this post hasn't explained enough so I'm open to answer any questions,

Just to say why Im thinking of giving poker up, is that my heart really isn't into it I don't really want to learn about the game, You get people who thrive off poker the buzz it gives them makes them play hours on end, well there is no buzz in this for me. Maybe it just for this moment in time but would still what people think.

I don't think you should spend the money, but keep it as a buffer.

What kind of work do you like to do? Is there anything your good at?

Maybe contract work is for you?

Or a poker teacher?
