I already have a ROTH with plenty of money, a 401k with 3% matching, and an money market account with a few months living expenses earning a nice return.

I need to get my trading feet wet.

They offer deeply discounted commish on everything (stocks, options, futures, etfs) and with minimal trading their software is free.

The software includes every type of technical analysis and an Easy Language so you can write your own.

The software also allows for back testing of almost any strategy in almost time frame plus volume and tick charts.

Plus you can open a futures trading account with a minimum of $5k and the day margin on the S&P is only $1150.
I heard about trading station. Seems interesting.
What do you mean by "minimal trading"??

The Trade Station software platform is by far the most robust in the industry and comes free with 10 futures trades a month.

Normally the software costs $99 plus exchange fees per month. An emini S&P trade costs 2.38 per side and can go as low as .89 depending on volume.

Tradestion software is def. fine for beginning/novice/even low-end professional trading is concerned. But as to high-end trading software with superior features/order entry/execution time.........it is FAR from the best. The better software packages cost $300+ and blow those second tiered systems away

Below is a graphic of the Trade Station Trade Matrix and I don't believe there is more robust execution software anywhere, if you know of an executions platform that better facilitates trade please post it here.

The Trade Station Matrix offers instant order placement, stop placement as well as instant click and drag cancel/replace on all orders.

The matrix also offers instant click and place for such order types and OCO and MIT.

The Green Bars show volume at price like the market profile and the time&sales window on the right shows every trade and the one on the left shows every trade over 49 contracts.
