Hi
I was drunk and gambling online til the early hours and was using neteller, I dont really remember much but when I rechecked my neteller acc balance a few days later it was quite positive moreso than I had recalled.
I played thru it (sober lol) and cashed it out via a pokersite.
Neteller contacted me to say that a deposit I had made had been declined by my bank although they d processed it and I had since transferred the funds out and had a smaller balance than the amount in question.
I never went in to the bank or anything to cancel any payments made or anything like that.
They are now emailing me to pay them.
Do I have to by law?
All replies much appreciated, no ethical ones pls.

I don't really get if the money ever reached them and if you ever got it back.
Are you planing to use them in the future?
Are you located in Canada?
If you answer no to both questions there isn't really much that could happen imo, but I'm not a legal expert and don't know if they have the ability to factor your debt to an american company.
If a smaller amount was returned to you it was probably due to fees for bouncing.
