go to bitaddress.org
click paper wallet
bip38 encrypt. enter a password you will remember. hit generate.
hide art, since no need, but if you like the artwork then have it too.
It will give you a password encrypted private key and a public key. print it out.
send funds to the public bitcoin address.
If in a pinch, can easily bring that offline wallet online on Mycelium or Jaxx...don't need to download the blockchain to use.
To be even more safe, download the bitaddress.org website. Disable your computer from the internet. Run the address generation while your computer is offline.
