Probably just a bunch of USB sticks in their basement, but :

Our contracts have already received the green light from the CFTC through the self-certification process and user acceptance testing has begun. With approval by the New York State Department of Financial Services to create Bakkt Trust Company, a qualified custodian, the Bakkt Warehouse will custody bitcoin for physically delivered futures. This offers customers unprecedented regulatory clarity and security alongside a regulated, globally accessible exchange in a market underserved by institutional-grade infrastructure.

I actually don't trade. No idea about short term movements. Just stack sats and they will grow long term.

At the very least justify your choice with some reasoning on why you long or short or it's pure spam

There are lots of people with different utility for Bitcoin. Things you can't even think of. So you can try to fit it into your narrow world view, or you can open up and face the reality of this thing.
So you just completely ignore this scathing response, basically saying you have no counter argument. Then your next post in the thread is

Yah, who cares? BSV is unaffected by this, and it's the true BitCoin anyways.

Everything will be resolved soon enough, and you'll be kicking yourself for missing out on the chance to buy at $150 yet again

I responded directly to his post shortly after he made it.

I (and others) have also responded to the idea in that post 100x ITT already. His post essentially says "Bitcoin has utility because people will want to use it to replace dollars on a large scale in the future."

He sort of hints that it's because the masses can control their own monetary supply with bitcoin when he says "My utility for Bitcoin is that people will be never be able to control the monetary supply"

That's obviously not true, since we can already see mining power coalescing in the hands of a relative few now when bitcoin is a novelty. Give it actual power and there's exactly zero chance it isn't centralized further. All of that hinges on sellers/supply chains switching over to crypto and governments just accepting control of their monetary policy being taken from them. It's beyond fantasy.

Yes, yours is the ONE TRUE COIN (tm). All the others are a clear and obvious joke, but yours...yours is for real.

RT, honestly, why don't you actually just dig a little deeper into the subject instead of spouting nonsense that was proven untrue years ago.

Miners don't and cannot control bitcoin, no matter how 'centralised' you think it is. Please read up on Segwit2x and draw the correct conclusions.

Users (read: full nodes) control bitcoin. This is why it is so difficult (essentially impossible) to change.

Also, a market cap of $200b, equivalent to 5 Telsas, 4 Ubers or 7 Twitters is a novelty?
