500+ posts screaming its a scam/ponzi waves is hardly "giving your view" it borders on insanity.

TS touts himself as a trade god and people get triggered because they aren't. Then they pack the thread with 'you dont trade lol' nonsense, and the poo flinging ensues.

He posts content that the bulls should read/analyze/consider, but that would mean they have to admit their chances of getting rich doing nothing has lesser probability than they want to think. Its smart to take the opinions of both sides, but its easier to be an echo chamber.

I come to 2p2 for people like tooth, analysis and trolling thats different from the masses. It doesn't matter if I agree or not, or if hes right or not, its worth more than reddit moon boys. A huge chunk of BFI just gets triggered too much to deal with him.

If you want echo chambers just go to /r bitcoin where you get banned for being a bear.

Am I missing something here or is this a classic case of mob mentality? You guys really make BTC look bad, this coming from a long time holder.
I, and I think most the bulls here, value contrarian viewpoints. You're missing 4 years of history of TS' usually dismissive, often contemptuous, posts. If you try to debate him, he buries you in blizzard of bull**** until you give up. I would be surprised if he's ever admitted being wrong more than a handful of times, if ever. I think he just enjoys being a contrarian and stirring people up, e.g. constantly declaring Craig Wright is Satoshi.

So posters just pick fun at him, which is what you saw. I agree it does look bad. What everyone should do is just put him on ignore and stop giving him the attention he craves.

So what's the latest with lightning network? Last I knew it was talked about as being 1-2 years away, that was about 1.5 years ago. Is it looking like a real solution, does it solve problems?

TS mostly posts lolz but yes worth at least considering. I don't mind him participating. Craig Wright supporters and ponzi wave guys bring me happiness.

This is like the fourth time the scamming liar has lied about leaving this thread and every time he comes back and lies about why it's okay that he's back because his previous lies shouldn't count.

His only value is as a sucker mark for prop bets. I wouldn't tap the glass but he lacks the capacity to ever recognize that he's a mark.

It's still in alpha with a ton of active development, it s usable already, very easy for any pro to accept some payment, the client side is not usable without using a custodial service or being pretty technical.
Lightning lab released their wallet in alpha for android and it looks promising.

Jack dorsey is very likely to use lightning for cash app but no clue when.

TS fills this thread with aids but to be fair he was right recently about BSV (went from 50 to 240) and Tesla going down to 100s.

I was partly joking. But I am a believer or put your money where your mouth is. Even non crypto related. Friends make stupid sports claims, I try to bet them, they back down. If you believe something enough that you're going to profess it to people, put some weight behind it.

Sure, if you want to give those deceptive mofo's benefit of the doubt. Or maybe crooks are just crooked and they would have had an easier time escaping justice with your crypto? Shoulda woulda coulda, whats more likely?

You realize calling someone a scammer (a scammer is someone who defrauds people out of their money) on a poker forum is a serious and libelous accusation? You're gone in the head bro. I demand you retract your accusation and apologize as I've never scammed anyone.

The reason I voluntarily offer to take a break until bitcoin hits X is because of people like you and TheMVP with serious personal issues who go on deranged personal attacks (see above, calling me a 'scamming') and tard up the thread.

It's an ugly thing popping a true believer cult bull thesis. Same thing happened in the Tesla thread.

Wait so I'm a scammer but also a mark (you can only be a mark if you pay out)?

I said I was gone from this thread and your post left me with the option of leaving out there that I'm a "scammer" uncontested or responding, making me a "liar" since I said I'd leave until 8K.

What a piece of **** you are. Who in the gambler's world calls someone "scamming" who isn't and who there is not a hint of evidence or incidents for same? Jesus dude. WTF is wrong with you.

Tooth,

You participated in a contest in which you were aware of, and encouraged, wagering on the outcome.

You, by your own admission, lost on purpose.

Do you consider that scamming, cheating, incompetence, or just plain ole good sportsmanship?

So here is some food for thought. Really lets you grasp how ****ing big the BTC market is right now.

The last couple days, Bitmex's Insurance fund has gone up about 250 BTC/day.

This fund is like a little .5% rip or so when people get liquidated. I'm not sure what the exact % is.

So they are collecting 250 BTC just on this little RIP! That is 13% of all coins mined! Next year that will be 26%.

That is real world use of people using this as money.

I'm not going to go into details if you can't understand how massive that is.

This is just the insurance fund on Bitmex. Now think of all the activity across the planet.

Demand has definitely outpaced supply.

I mean hell, even if BTC turned into strictly a massive gambling game like blackjack, it's undervalued.
