You can't 'mirror trade' (if its what I think you mean) someone elses strategy. Think about the concept of what you're actually doing in trading and you'll see why.

You set up your brokering account to automatically mirror trades of your chosen strategy. when the 'strategist' puts his trade in his brokerage account, yours automatically does aswell.
I don't see the problem as long as you choose the account to mirror carefully.
and assuming there is no size issues( eg moving the market).

What about timing? Your 'strategist' is basically front running his clients. Great deal, for him.

these don't work in practice for this reason. there's no execution management thus evaporating any edge.

I used to always get a good laugh from this like 4-5 years ago when people would trade stocks discussed by Cramer as if they were all hidden gems. They would show those 1 week performance charts and they would all be up 5-10% since he recommended them. Amazed me how people swarmed into those stocks the next day and the stock would return back to the previous price level after a few days.

I found a company and purchased some shares the day before he had a 10 minute segment on the stock. It was like a gift from the investing gods, made a nice 15% on a stable company in 2 days time.
