What do training sites pay their pros for video content? What do training sites pay their pros for video content?

Thread title is pretty straight forward. I've always been curious as to how it works. Do they get paid per video? Are there equity exchanges? Is there an industry standard, so to speak?

It varies incredibly.

Profit sharing, pay per video, pay per hour of video, pay per month, exchanges (for say coaching advertisements or affiliate advertisements to the coach, and the coach gives a video), contracts, no contracts, unenforceable contracts... all of this stuff I've seen multiple times.

Pay per video could be double digit to four digits, though three digits is most common.

To be fair, Phil is the biggest videomaking draw in the industry.

Most industry people reading the 2p2 thread on here were of the opinion that he was paid quite little (relative to the site's success).
