Hello everyone!

Hey man - I'm also new to posting, but a long time observer.

Here's my two cents if you want to hear it. (Just my opinion!!)

For the most part, I think this is a bit of a cooler and you're going to lose a bit on this pot.

but...

I think, based on his range (VPIP at 19/ PR at 15) and in general I would probably be reraising TT preflop to get a better idea of where your at. Over pairs, especially KK AA regs are generally going to 4bet there. So he would most likely flat with, QJ, KJ, AJ, AQ and smaller pairs etc. So you can rule a few hands out right there, depending on what the villain does.

The flat call on the flop I think is fine. The board is quite dry here. However, I definitely don't like just calling the turn when the 8 turns. That card opens up a lot of draws even if he doesn't already have it - he could be holding JJ, KJ or AJ or even a long shot at 77. If he three bets you on 4th, you just call and check / call 5th. Purely because he's made it a strong possibility that it's within his range and his AF is relatively low.

I think some of the time you'll be right and you will come up against 9s or 8s or even 3s. But by calling each street until the river, you have very little idea where you actually stand.

Hope that helps a bit.

Would like to hear someone else's take on it.
