I explained that I pay a single source for access to three sites and that Cardrunners shouldn't be billing me directly. The lady says she has to speak to someone over there and then i get an email saying that i am paid up until "May". So I write back saying that I don't want this problem again in May so if they could get my situation straight, that would be great.
Then i get a reply asking, "This fee that you paid does not mean unlimited access forever does it? I'm fairly certain it was a month long deal."
I don't recall ever reading anywhere in the advertisement where it specified one month only. What is the deal here? Did I not read the fine print or does cardrunners need to be set straight on how this deal is supposed to work. BTW i don't have this problem with the other two sites, Stoxpoker and Deucescracked. If I had suspected it was for one month only. I would NOT have paid the $200 initial fee plus the almost $70 monthly fee. That would be a pretty stupid deal in my book.
Can anyone shed some light on my situation? I'm sure i'm not the only 2plus2 forum member to have subscribed via this deal?
Thanks in advance

This is just a matter of internal miscommunication on our end.
I'll make sure that all of our staff is reminded of the parameters of the coaching package.
As far as I know, your purchase grants you unlimited access to CardRunners, StoxPoker, and DeucesCracked for as long as you continue paying.
If you could e-mail me at
ezra@cardrunners.com, I'll make sure this gets cleared up for you 100%.
