I signed up through the advertisements (poker coaching network) I saw here for one initial fee plus a monthly fee for access to Deucescracked, Stoxpoker, and Cardrunners. I am entering my second month on this great plan and am running into problems with Cardrunners. I received an email from their billing dept saying that I had no billing info on file. I explained that I pay a single source for access to three sites and that Cardrunners shouldn't be billing me directly. The lady says she has to speak to someone over there and then i get an email saying that i am paid up until "May". So I write back saying that I don't want this problem again in May so if they could get my situation straight, that would be great.

Then i get a reply asking, "This fee that you paid does not mean unlimited access forever does it? I'm fairly certain it was a month long deal."

I don't recall ever reading anywhere in the advertisement where it specified one month only. What is the deal here? Did I not read the fine print or does cardrunners need to be set straight on how this deal is supposed to work. BTW i don't have this problem with the other two sites, Stoxpoker and Deucescracked. If I had suspected it was for one month only. I would NOT have paid the $200 initial fee plus the almost $70 monthly fee. That would be a pretty stupid deal in my book.

Can anyone shed some light on my situation? I'm sure i'm not the only 2plus2 forum member to have subscribed via this deal?

cardrunners is wrong. what was only available for a month was the opportunity to sign up through the deal not that you could only be a member for a month. you can continue your memberships at all three sites indefinitely, as long as you are paying each month. kinda lame that the cardrunners people don't even know what's going on, but don't worry, it will get sorted out. i'm sure taylor will take care of you.

When I signed up for this the wording suggested that it was automatically debited from the paypal acct every month. Will I have to make a manual payment or will it be auto debited?

it was a limited time offer type deal that was available only to non subscribers of those three sites. The deal was available for only about a month i believe. I'm not sure if they will run the promotion again, but if they do, you should certainly take advantage of it. It's a great deal in terms of the content you have access to with the small amount of money you pay. All three sites are great in their own way and together, the money is well worth it.

cracky, the program is under review, so you maybe can get it down the road. if you want to sign up at a site now, you should probably go with deucescracked, since there is no sign up fee which helps out the microgrinders, such as yourself. however, all three are great.

LOL Spoke too soon, the stox account seems to be ok, but the Deuces Cracked expired and I suspect the CR acct will too. Hope I dont have to do this every month..
