First, I would like to say I'm glad to be apart of the forum.

I'm a pretty solid player with a few years of online experience. I will win quite often, but have a lot of my game to touch up on that I believe would make me a winning player with proper coaching. I have browsed the forums and read about how coaching helped many others. I don't know what to expect as far as coaching goes and I don't have any idea what a "sweat session" is but hoping someone can direct me to a decent coach that is willing to teach a player for 40-80$/hr and also maybe explain what a coaching session entails. Also, how many coaching sessions should one expect to have before they can move on and part ways? I know with tennis i will probally keep seing my tennis instuctor for years to come, but with poker isn't there just so much a coach can teach before there really isnt anymore to cover?

Thanks,
Eric

"So you're not a winning player? Doesn't sound very "solid" to me. Normally I hate it when people lie to me (since you are contradicting yourself it's fairly safe to say you are lying, probably to yourself), but hey if you want to pay me to hear your lies, I don't really care I guess. The reason I hate lies is because listening to liars is a waste of time."

To clarify, I win often for my standards. Being a winning player, ie: extra income and expected profit are what I look to improve on. My bankroll management is a seperate issue but somthing I plan to start following.

Also, anyone that can vouch for the credibility of this coach?. Only reason im asking is the OP only has 5 posts( more then me i know) but im the one trusting someone with my money for a service.

OP,

Please do not give any money to TPAG. That was the worst self-advertising post I've ever seen a coach make, to the point where I have to think it was a level. Check the coaching directory and training sites if you're looking for a more reputable coach.

eta: ThePokerAdviceGuy asked another coach in a thread what his opening ranges were in a "standard Stars game". The fact that he asked that question exposes a lot of flaws in his ability to think about the game.
