have been playing poker recreationally now for 3 years, and have just starteda job as a poker dealer in my local casino. i would say i have had small success in the game , winning a few small buy in (£10-£50) freezeouts and cashing around 20% of the time in live freezeouts playing on average once a week. online hasnt gone too well:

basically a losing player who had one big score and since then been slowly losing with the odd win here and there

where is the best place to seek advice on how to improe my game?, should i sign up to a training site and if so which ones, i am only intrested in mtt's and sng's atm , im not intreseted in playing cash games that often.
