probably looking for the free-$100/hr range

You might have the most bang/buck ratio for subscription services like runitonce.com or upswing.com... there are also a few others. Unless you've tried those first I wouldn't use the 1:1 coaching yet as they are more expensive.

I sort of consider most books outdated and not usually as efficient for getting the information. I suggest the subscriptions services first.

Fair, I enjoy reading poker strategy books. Get's me into the cycle of committing to learning/improving that I think is important before committing to higher cost coaching/subscriptions.
