I'm stuck in micros and I don't know what the hell I'm doing wrong. I'm playing well in my opinion but maybe there's something I don't see. I want to get a request from a coach who's a winner at midstakes and up, not some snake oil salesman.

Generally speaking, reviewing live play is not the most efficient way to learn as there is no guarantee any interesting hands really come up and if any do it can be difficult to pause and talk about. You can check out my listing if you're interested, but regardless of who you get coaching from it may be more beneficial to start marking hands, writing down questions, and determining if there are any specific circumstances/nodes in which you're having issues and then focusing on those.

Disagree with brokenstars, live play is a very good way of reviewing ones game, a lot of things can be picked up there, even if no "interestin" spot appears

I also disagree with brokenstars about reviewing live play being an inefficient way to learn and improve. I give students all of the lecture material on GTO and exploit study which we go over together, then I ask them to make some screen recordings of their play. It doesn't really matter if any super interesting spots come up in these recordings because I'm just looking at the ways they are implementing the strategies taught in my lectures. I think this is probably where the most value of my coaching comes from because I can make sure that the students are implementing the strategy successfully.

When I say live play I'm referring to ghosting, not recordings. Still though, it's better to review in DB software where you can run filters rather than just recordings. That doesn't mean you can't gain insight by reviewing recordings, it's just that there are more versatile and better ways to review game play.

Recordings would be useful for when someone is playing on a site without HH, though.
