Posting a update. It took 6 days, but I was indeed finally credited my 50% rakeback bonus. Now im wondering if we will need to do this again to get the extra $30 dollars for raking $300.

Will update here once I hear something.

I see they have another cash game festival promo for Feb, I hope this one is not a confusing mess.
Got an update today. They made things right and credited the rakeback to my account. Confusing promo but at least they made it right in the end.

I was also credited the 50% RB payment today. They sent me an email to confirm. I'm not sure if the $ sent includes the extra $30 for $300 raked or not, but I'm calling it good for now.

It will show up in your reward bonuses as paid out, next to all the $10 play off bonuses.

If you didnt, I would contact them asap and let them know. And also that you did not get the $30 for $300. I had to contact them separately today for that one and they said its been escalated again. Same process.

Thanks! I called them; they said it has been escalated and would get RB bonus in 48 hours.
I feel like I have missed out on a lot of bonus in the past because I never contacted them. I figured they will give me reimbursement once they realized they messed up with other's people RB.. I blame my laziness and trusting them..

At least they gave me the number and somewhat of an explanation but they still haven't shown up in my account and they are now a month late. This site is so frustrating.
Any update?

I got an email from WSOP that again confirmed I had earned "X Tier Credits" in December. They don't seem to want to actually add them to my account though

Got an email saying that they can't apply the promo retroactively even though I had no option to opt in. Going to give them 72 hours to fix but otherwise filling a complaint with Gaming. Encourage others who don't get paid to do the same.

Update: Apparently tier credits earned in December go towards 2025. Doesn't seem to be a way to view tier credits history either. The app shows Rewards Credits earned only

I'm going to file a complaint with gaming as well. I never had the option to opt-in and even though I emailed support during the promotion, which should count as me opting-in, they told me that I needed to opt-in a week in advance to qualify. This was not stated in the promotional terms.

Is there another cash festival for Feb? The website shows a promotional ad, says Feb 9-16th but no details.

Yes, it’s a mystery. When you click on the cash game festival banner, it shows you January cash game festival info. When you click on “Cash Game Challenge” towards the top of the page it only shows the Feb dates like you said. I sent them an email last week about it. No response. Now we wait and see if our accounts magically receive additional Rakeback or not. This site is an unorganized joke.

I just received a call from someone named Faye from the World Series of Poker. (609) area code, Trenton. Called me by name and said they were calling to "check in on me" and that if I wanted to call her back I could. No information, nothing.

I can honestly say... this is one of the more bizarre phone calls I've ever received. Has anyone else received a similar call? Or have absolutely any idea what this could possibly be? LOL.

ROFLMAO. WTF. Thank you for posting also.

Have your playing habits on there changed recently? I can say that I have significantly reduced my hours on there for a bunch of different reasons this year. I thought maybe that they were going through their database and trying to reach out re: customer retention of some kind or something? Past that, I can't even imagine what it could possibly be...... and I really have nothing to discuss with them.

Who leaves that kind of message anyway? Like at least give me an idea as to why you want to talk to me or why are you calling? It's so strange.

I significantly reduced volume on there starting late last summer. I've also lowered stakes and cashed out more frequently. But yeah, I wish she would've said what it was about. I suspect it may be player retention and/or how to draw more players in. Let me know if you call back.

I have never seen that on any site tbh and given what happened to a couple of players at another site I would be very wary of responding to it. In the cases I mentioned it was an e-mail which looked like it was from the operator and was pretty convincing but the two ended up getting shafted.

The players in question didn't know how their account names or e-mail addresses were obtained which obviously raised a few eyebrows to the possibility of inside involvement.

They occasionally send me emails asking if I'm content with deposit and playing options. Typical gambling harm reduction content. Maybe if you ignore the emails they are forced to call you.

Just wanted to update everyone on the cash game festival stuff that happened. After filing a complaint with the gaming commission, support reached out to me and issued me the money that I had earned from the promotion. They apologized and thanked me for the feedback.

Was kinda nice to see that something actually happened.

Does anyone know anything about the supposed cash game challenge this month? Is there a code for an additional deposit bonus?
