I switched to a different windows computer.

On my new computer there is no lag but the software regularly crashes. However I am able to easily click on player notes on this computer.

On my previous computer the lag made it unplayable and clicking on player notes was nearly impossible.

Both are new high end Windows computers and WSOP is unplayable on both.

WSOP works on my Mac (and I have no issues with sound) but I'd rather play on my Windows machine.

The only improvement I've seen since the rollout of this new software was the color change in player names from red to yellow. I assume they are still trying to improve the software but it's still much worse than the old software.

I left a few hundred on, but I took the rest off and will finish up next month live. It’s been a pretty shitty WSOP this year. Playing live has turned into a GD Tik tok and instagram show. Online, the emoji **** is brutal. Get rid of the emoji and let us chat. Stars can’t get a license but MGM has to see there is a golden opportunity here to launch a decent website and run some series and take over. I don’t care if WSOP sets record attendance, it sucks playing live and sucks playing online right now. The experiences are getting worse.

I've got emojis turned off on all poker clients.

For WSOP, under 'game display' in settings, I unchecked 'enable animation' & 'enable extra visual & animations features'.

I considered using a fishes name, but also considered the fact that any intelligent players would realize the differences quickly enough to not benefit enough and still be forced to look at the name lol..

if we could change them like once a month I would certainly do that though

There have been numerous times when I thought a certain player had finally improved and then they show me a hundred hands later that they're still terrible.

When you are on the redeem menu, click over to personal details and then click back to redeem. It will work every time that way.

I unchecked those before I even started playing. I only max at 6 tables but I haven't had a single issue.

Yeah whoever first posted this deserves a medal..... it works every time with no issue... otherwise, it's impossible.

In regards to the name change thing I thought I was just transferring funds to the new client so of course wanted to put my correct info in..didn’t realize as I’m sure a few others didn’t.

The no top up thing after a freeze drives me insane and generally leads to more shutdowns when trying to click buttons other than fold/call/raise

Yes but so far it’s only allowing me to redeem 1 dollar at a time are they still offering a cash back percentage of rake taken I used to get around 30% now I only get 1 dollar or a 30cent blast ticket am I missing something?

Then you likely only have enough to redeem $4 max? When you get to enough points to be able to redeem $5, $10, $50, $100 it populates those options to the menu.

It's 80 pts / $1..... once you reach 400 pts... it offers you the option of buying a $5 bonus and so on.

Interesting. I didn't even consider that. Maybe that's what happened in a lot of cases.

I was so convinced they were gonna f*ck this up, I withdrew all of my money a couple of days prior and waited til they reopened to redeposit everything manually.

does anyone know if there is another way to view hand histories other than in game. I want to review my hands but I dont think there is a databank for them.

In the Lobby, click on your avatar.... and then click on My Game History. It offers a breakdown of past HH's by game type similar to the old client.

If anyone knows what Flopomania is... I would love to know, LOL.

This isn't a new product. It's crazy to me that any business, even one run as poorly as this one, wouldn't put together a knowledge base for the client for customers who were transitioning over, but they don't have to...... so they don't. I think its fairly clear that customer experience doesn't matter a whole lot to them. At some point, it matters ... and typically... its when you have less customers. Obviously, that won't happen until there's another option.

Does anyone know how to get a ticket for the 100k freeroll? It says to just make a deposit. I already did, to get the original 1000 bonus, without a code, but no freeroll ticket for that tourney. Is there a code for this that isn’t listed?

The only bonus code that i know of is MONEY... which i think is up to $1000 match and maybe some free spins / freeroll ticket? Not 100% sure re: to the spins and ticket part and no idea when its valid until.

They used to be super fast on the old site, usually 2-3 days if it wasn't near the weekend. It's been closer to a week minimum on the new client

I have an i7 processor with 1660ti and 16 gb of ram. I’m going to experiment with a higher end PC soon and I’ll share the difference. Every night, I’ve played for 4-5 hours and have experienced 4-5 crashes per night. It also gets worse if I’m clicking on other things in the background, websites, or playing music. Again, 4 tables, it handles it for me with the other tasks. I think it’s heavily impacted by your CPU/GPU power. I could be wrong. I’m going to be trying it on a i9 processor, gtx 4070, 32gb of ram. Will share comparison.

Have you found a solution yet? I've been having lagging/crashing issues as well. I don't know if it's a hardware issue because I have a pretty decent rig. Well I thought I did.
Ryzen 7 5825U w 64gb ram.

It tells you the code right in that tournament lobby.

That's strange. Play+ and Cage are almost instant on the new client for me.... and used to take 48-72 hours on the old one.

No solution. Just have found that it isn't a hardware issue after all. Tried it on multiple high end PCs/Laptops. Same issue on all. The software is just extremely unstable at certain points. What I have found personally is 8 tables is the max I can play. If I open up a 9th, crashes occur within minutes. 10 for me, it's almost instant crash. I still have crashes with 8 tables but its more every 15-30 minutes. Then I just restart client and resume on all tables. Only now, I have to top off manually on all my cash tables over and over again (another software glitch post crash). So 2-3 crashes every hour or so. It's terrible but I'm trying to grind bonuses and rakeback, so only thing I can do atm.
