Have you tried calling ACR? I put a Bitcoin withdrawal through on 9/7 and then on Friday 9/9 it was still processing. I called and they said everything was fine and would be done by end of day or Monday. Then shortly after I got off the phone I got an email saying my cash out was cancelled because my account was not verified. At that point I was pissed because I literally just finished verifying my account a few days prior. Even received an email confirming that and to go ahead and cash out at my convenience. So of course I call right back and the lady I spoke with apologized and confirmed everything was ok with my account. She wasn't sure why that happened but said to just resubmit the withdrawal request and she would make sure it was put through. It was still processing today so I called again and was told it will be processed by Tuesday being it was requested on a Friday. We shall see....
No actual results yet but calling to me seems best. At least I am able to get a "answer" in a reasonable amount of time as opposed to playing a waiting game on email responses.
