My debit card given to me through ACR was flagged for fraud yesterday while I was using it. The phone number on the back of the card isn't working out for me. Anybody else have this problem before or know a good number I could call to work this out?

I'm not sure where to post this, but my account was debited 976$ twice last night after the 109 50k was cancelled. I contacted support and they put 976$ back into my account. check your financial history in the cashier to make sure this didn't happen to you. I use Blackchip skin

Last Sunday I cashed out 8k via bitcoin. I had successfully taken off maybe 20k via this method without prior issues. 24 hrs later ACR emailed me to send some info before proceeding with the cash out. I've sent them 4 emails with the info they asked for over the course of the week and they've yet to reply. Yesterday I talked to live support and they asked me to email security @ ACR, I did and still no response. Any tips on getting a response? Usually they're pretty good.

Have you tried calling ACR? I put a Bitcoin withdrawal through on 9/7 and then on Friday 9/9 it was still processing. I called and they said everything was fine and would be done by end of day or Monday. Then shortly after I got off the phone I got an email saying my cash out was cancelled because my account was not verified. At that point I was pissed because I literally just finished verifying my account a few days prior. Even received an email confirming that and to go ahead and cash out at my convenience. So of course I call right back and the lady I spoke with apologized and confirmed everything was ok with my account. She wasn't sure why that happened but said to just resubmit the withdrawal request and she would make sure it was put through. It was still processing today so I called again and was told it will be processed by Tuesday being it was requested on a Friday. We shall see....

No actual results yet but calling to me seems best. At least I am able to get a "answer" in a reasonable amount of time as opposed to playing a waiting game on email responses.

I actually received my Bitcoin in my account around 4pm today. So all in all it was originally requested last Wednesday and received today. However I had to do a new request on Friday afternoon after the first was randomly cancelled. Considering that it was a really very fast turnaround. Pretty impressed with the customer service when dealing with them on the phone.

Cashed out weeks ago via check. Still haven't gotten it, despite my cashier obv not having the money on my acc.

What country are you in and how long was it before you received a confirmation email?

wanted to play tuesday extreme tnite, but cashier is once again not working. It only works sporadically for me. DON'T USE INTERNET EXPLORER in your cashier, damnit no one has the latest version, and i can't find the latest version for windows 8 online i keep getting error messages, so looks like im **** out of luck. your software is your achilles heel
