Strange. Wonder if they were actually playing more or are points being calculated differently?

Actually I think it's pretty easy. Probably last update did someting to some of the bots. Probably not all the bots using scraping tech so some of them are still here as HOG saying. But if you look through the beast table you can see accounts that were in top100 last week and this week they are not even in the top1000. So all of them decided to take a vacation? I don't think so.

I wish there was an easy way to compare beast rankings week by week. Maybe I will try to find how to get it write a little piece of software to create something like ranking timeline by account.

Ok, so I wrote the software.
Obviously it's not near end of the race, but I think someone who was in the top 200 most likely will be at least in the top1000 next week.
Disclaimer: I am not implying that people on this list are bots. I just present some facts.

mangetsu went from being a 40bb rathole player (he leave and rejoin blitz when he had more then 45 or 50bb) to 100bb player back to 40bb rathole player in the last couple weeks. altho he could still be a bot that would be pretty weird.


i also have pretty big samples on a lot of the nl guys. only a handful are playing monker ranges or very close to monker ranges preflop which i would think a bot would do.

play0rleave also bumhunts the regular tables (open sits then leaves instantly if someone with half a brain joins) which is hilarious given his name

If this is run everytime a substantial update is done and the usual suspects go from cashing the Beast to way down the list it becomes very strong backup to the list of suspected Bots.

Evolutionary bots (those that use HUD stats) don't like blitz.

Alright first off the PLO bots have avoided the top 2 tiers of Beast prizes for the most part, there was only one exception to this of the classical 2016 pokerstars PLO bot over the past year, Ca11mebaby.

Second, did it occur to you in your infinite wisdom that players may not compete in the Beast every week or sometimes not go for the same prize levels? Last week's race for the top tiers was one of the craziest of all time. Perhaps the participants were exhausted and took a few days or the week off afterwards. MegaDan has stated ITT that he normally only competes for the top tier every other week. What is more suspicious in my opinion are the consistent accounts that place in the $250 prize tier every single week (and also tend to get around the same amount of points). The high stakes PLO bots play very infrequently compared to the low/midstakes bots because those games do not run as often and they do not play every table of the games that do not run for unknown reasons.

What is the reason that the Beast leaderboard and SNC leaderboard are not accessible via the skin websites as was available before your incredible software was launched? Old beast results can be viewed on 3rd party sites but not since the "upgrade".

Your post is actually not great because you are posting it under the assumption that your magical fuzzy chips actually accomplished something. They didn't. You are impugning the names of many legitimate players.

Of the classical first generation bot accounts I see ribafishKKa, darkdailo, familier, wolf_DDDDOG online right now at PLO25-PLO400. The second generation PLO bots exCALibur6 and zzz888zzz are playing many tables.

For one the strategy works good when you have multiple accounts at the same table, so you are able to get away with crazy aggression including multiway because you have access to more information than your opponent. In general the classical first generation PLO bots play the following unique strategy: They defend the big blind vs steal very aggressively, they squeeze more than they 3bet preflop. They bet vs the oop preflop aggressor incredibly aggressively when closing the action including multiway. They cbet more multiway than they do headsup on the flop. They check raise and 3bet the flop at an high frequency on the flop and turn. They probe the turn when the preflop aggressor checks back the flop very aggressively, they defend vs probes with their generally capped turn ranges very aggressively (although they also do a good amount of slowplaying in some situations while still cbetting at an unreal frequency). They check raise the river at a very low frequency.

There is one format that there is no bots active in, all of the O8 variants. The bots also did not play stud or 6+. They also did not play cap tables or no rathole until recently.

There is a second generation of bots that is playing a totally different preflop strategy. I am waiting on more data to come in from my personal play before posting the data on these accounts. It really sucks that statname has completely stopped supporting WPN and will never in the future because now you have to play with the bots to get any data. That is a real consequence of the new software, the bot infestation has actually worsened.

Why wouldn't they like blitz?
In contrary they have even bigger advantage in blitz atm because human regs don't have access to HUD, but bots regs do have it.
They don't really need hud to show up on the table. I would imagine they scrap player names and just query PT4/HM db directly.

I never said that all these players are bots (I even put a disclaimer there). I understand that some players are not necessarily playing to go for top tier every time as it's very time consuming. At the same time it is kind of suspicious that some accounts were at top200 and now they are not even in top1000 and we all know that it's not that hard to be in top1000 at this point. You just need to play like 10k hands per week at NL10z and you are there.
Anyways if you have better ideas what can be done with this data I am all ears.

I doubt we are on the same side when you are being paid by the company that is run by a CEO that has lied numerous times over the past 3 years about how he was going to get rid of the bots, and it has become clear that he wants them around by now to everyone outside of WPN and a few sockpuppets and shills. Also the company you work for is committing large scale fraud by underpaying rakeback/VIP points and affiliate payouts. These issues are also denied by all WPN employees going all the way up to the top. I'm not going to stop with my work to force WPN to clean up their act. I am currently talking to other media outlets to get the word out. This fraud and cheating is not going to be able to be swept under the rug much longer.

I was playing a rebuy tournament on ACR / WPN and saw the rebuys go down. I was able to video capture an example.

Watch the rebuy number go up to 505 then down to under 500. WTF.
Even right now after the rebuy period is over and the add-on period is over the rebuys are 498.

I am a little confused here. Why would you think that I am working for WPN. I just presented additional data. Never said a word that your list of bots is incorrect or your strategy of identifying them is incorrect. I agree that cbeting MW shouldn't be bigger than HU, that squeezing bigger percentage than 3betting is outrageous.
