Same. Every single part of the software has been coded wrong in some way.

Whoever did the new software could not implement features from the old one so they just left it with bugs. The old client had proper options, filters, etc.

Anyone having tables close/disconnect when tournament announcements pop up? I had it before then it disappeared now it seems to be back.

Anyone know of a fix? Site becoming unplayable for me.

I just busted a small tourney on ACR and when I went to look at my hands in the hand histories tab and the hand that decimated my stack is missing. After losing AA to J8s with similar stacks (we were all in preflop... talk about ACR rewarding donk play) I was immediately moved tables and said hand mysteriously doesn't show up in histories. One hand I start with 2662 chips and fold my BB preflop and the next hand that is available I start with 512 chips. This is the 5th time in a row I got my aces in preflop and they got cracked so I may just be on tilt making a big deal of things but it is definitely frustrating to not even be able to see the hand when I want to go back and review my play.

Anyone else have problems with this? Support was able to find the hand but basically just told me I lost and didn't offer to send the hand history or anything. I know PT4 would fix my problem but im a broke college kid and I would rather be able to play with the little money I have

Also, sorry if I posted this in the wrong place. Though I read them a lot, I am new to actually posting on internet forums and I know people can be ruthless when things are posted in the wrong place.

Last two sessions have went pretty smooth. Only had one crash where the entire client randomly closed with all tables closing also. Other than that everything is actually working for once. Table tamer is working smoothly and ACR as well. I guess this is an improvement.

There is no mention of rathole timers anywhere. Sometimes it doesn't let you rathole if you have a lot of money on the table though. blitz has no rathole timer no matter how big your stack is.

Normal table he juat pulled off like 200 plus dollars while on the table. Then left and came back within minutes with a min buy in.

Yes, that is allowed by the software. It's good for shortstackers because they can stay short all day long.

Wow when I first saw the new updates graphic I thought there was a glitch, no that's just WPN's expert dev team rushing in hilariously awful looking glitchy graphics.

PT4 won't fix your problem. Hands are missing all the time (mostly AIPF hands) because software just doesn't write it into file on your computer. Support is able to find them, but they won't send you complete HH for some ****ing mysterious reason (they can't share other players information lol wtf). Dev team is aware of this bug and trying to fix it (their words)

So for now you cannot do much.

After the tournaments were cancelled last Sunday, I tried to cash out a small amount ($530) which is less than half of what I had on the site. I just got an email saying my cashout was cancelled with the following reason:

"Be kindly advised that your withdrawal is based on a recent deposit. Funds deposited are meant for you to fund your account in order to access the games we offer. You can cash out any earnings coming from our games but you must generate at least 10% of rake revenue over the amount deposited to be eligible for a payout."

WTF does this actually mean? Anyone else seen this? Does this mean 10% of my deposit must be generated in rake, or 110% of my deposit must be generated in rake? e.g. if I deposit 1k, do I need to pay $100 in rake before cashing out? or $1100? Either one seems like BullSH$T, since I did not receive any deposit bonus.

EDIT: Just called their support line and was told I need to rake 10% of my deposit- e.g. depositing 1k I need to pay $100 or more in rake to cash out. This may be pretty standard, I've just never run into it because I have never tried to cash out so soon after a deposit.

Every site has a play through, some sites are obscene. Global has up to a 20x play through.

They’re pretty bad. They’re just...fuzzy, and unnecessary.

They added a fuzzy background behind all of the chip and pot amount numbers. No idea why they did this because now it is much harder to see.

This is pretty standard on all online poker sites. They do this to combat people from using the sites to launder $

This is only on the initial deposit amount, right? Last year I put $25 on global and luckboxed my way to a win in a small tourney and a 3rd in a large, hated playing in a web browser so much I cashed out less than 24 hours later and only had to leave appx. $25

Global is arbitrary in how they do their playthrough. Personally, I think it is a violation of sweepstakes laws. Under the law, there must be equal weighting for all contestants. If one player has a 1 time play through and another for 20x, that would be far from equal.

Something g weird is going on over there now, not sure what

I hadn't logged in to observe a table in awhile, but this made me curious to see about the latest WPN situation. The bet/pot background is either some type of screen scraping countermeasure or WPN is trolling you guys hard with that horrible background.
