Well I made 3 deposits last week when btc was moving from 11k-14k so im going to check tonight to see if i actually was receiving >25k each time. If I wasnt at that time we can basically guarantee they're not honoring rate changes in our favor

So the mobile version of Blitz keeps dc'ing me before I can even play a hand. I've tried quite a few times tonight and I essentially lost blinds I never knew I posted until I saw my account balance go down. It pales in comparison to others' problems I've read here though.

If they are only shorting you when price went down and not giving extra if price went up that is a major red flag.

Update us when you find out, I've had a few transactions for smaller amounts the last few weeks that make me wonder how they handle the swings.

Try emailing support and ask for an excel spreadsheet of all your transactions for past year.

Same here. With my antivirus turned off (it doesn't like poker site openings or updates) every time I try to open ACR it says "checking for new version . . . " then times out after 1 minute and 45 seconds. I'm not going to play in the current circumstances just because it opens, but being able to get on the site would be a good first step.

Was just playing BLitz poker and one of my two tables froze and stopped dealing cards. Like the people could still chat but no cards were being dealt for like 5 minutes. Anyway I closed the table and the money that I had on the table was never credited to my account. My actual game history says 10 dollars in 0 dollars out -10$... I had 30 bucks on the table when this happen. Customer support treated me like a ****ing degenerate and said they would make a one time exception and credited my account 10$ back....Like what the literal ****. What am I beta testing their new software and if it crashes I lose my money?

The software has never been really easy to use the filters for, pre or post update, but I am sure you can figure out how to use it. There are a few things missing that I would like to see (Stud 8 cash), but this whole time I haven't heard anyone complain about not getting paid in the proper amount.

Complain about things you know, and they might get addressed. Complain that you think they are skimming rakeback based on your baseless opinion of their operating cash dilutes any legitimate complaints you have by eliminating your credibility. As does getting banned for some reason.

I just went into the mobile app again. It's still holding the $10 I tried to buy in with last night + the missing blinds from previous attempts.

I love how all of the diehard apologists refuse to acknowledge that there was 3 bots at a PLO 6max table the other day. WPN literally handed out fat bonus dividends to a bunch of bots, gave the finger to good regs that have been cheated for years and told innumerable lies that they were going to clean house. Lolzgod even said that the line of a well known confirmed bot looked like a human. The bots do not play balanced. In some lines on various boards they have 90% or more bluffs on the river with a specific sizing, in other lines they will have 100% value. The hand history I posted is one of the lines and textures that they have mostly bluffs.

The rewards/rakeback tab is working. No funds are there, but it looks like they are prepared to deposit the funds tomorrow. However, when I click the 'bonus' tab, it goes to the "it's not you, it's us" screen. I had a few days left in a deposit bonus and a small amount that wasn't deposited to my account from said bonus.

The bot situation was indeed out of control a few nights ago, I think it was Friday. I was sitting at 50 and 100PLO with one American reg (probably HOG), one American rec, and 3 bots. Oddly though, early Saturday night EST, the tables were of completely different composition, being 5/6 or 6/6 human. It was crazy - in one night the tables went from almost as tough as they possibly could be (for me) to incredibly soft and fun. The site has so much potential if they clean up the bot mess and obviously recover from the disastrous software update. I really do hope the management starts to take suggestions on how to use statistical evidence to identify bots seriously. A geographical ban seems both overinclusive and underinclusive, and truthfully, some of the softest players were from countries that would be banned under a geo-ban policy.

Also, first time poster, longtime lurker etc., etc.. I realized (for better or worse) the cash value of being able to PM Winning_TD in case something went wrong was probably too high to continue simply lurking, so figured might as well get the post counts up.

Honestly, the fact that he has resolved pretty much every single issue I've gone to him for is a big reason why I, and a handful of our group, continue to play. Big prize pools are one thing, but having someone fix problems/errors is a huge plus. Well worth your time to get PM access. FWIW, the reps for every site I have contacted on 2+2 have pretty much been very helpful, too.
