Hey, is there anyways we could make those pop up banners in the middle of the screen bigger? I think most regs would agree with me, and seeing the size of the pot is nothing but a huge distraction, and the way the banners are now, it is only tough to see, but you kind of still can see it. (when multitabling almost impossible) But I was wondering if you could just make them completely cover the pot, I am sure the known pros you get advice from will strongly concur with this request.

Anyone notice some increased traffic in the On Demand Tourneys today?

Earlier in the week regs try to get an early lead on the snc leaderboard.. so sunday-thurs most likely high volume, sometimes it's over by Wednesday tho. (in terms of locking up 2nd and 1st tier prizes) so the volume slows down.. I'd honestly recommend not playing any on demand higher then $10. $20's and up are pretty much just regs. and they will crush your average geek in the streets.. hard...

Despite what should be a IDEAL setup to play online poker, I am constantly, and I do mean constantly experiencing connection issues with ACR. I time out of hands, sometimes I come back sometimes I don't. There are many times where it is my big blind and it just says that I disconnected from the server and times me out, and makes me wait til my big blind again. Other times I just magically lose connection to the server and this is often times when I am in a hand!!! I have tried everything!!

I own a nearly brand new lennovo PC, literally just purchased and it has Windows 10. I have a netgear nighthawk router and a high speed fiber optic internet. I have spoken to my internet service provider who told me there are NO CONNECTION ISSUES that they are aware of. After several complaints they even sent a tech to my house who completely reinstalled my internet and told me again, that there are zero connection issues and if there was, those issues could not possibly be from the ISP.

Any ideas?

Anyone else getting a 504 Gateway Time-Out message in the cashier?

Isn't in normal for players to follow someone they like, or who has made a lot of money?

I had a problem where I had to reset all my table options. Maybe it was the new update we just had? I have no clue it's weird, I found a new type of deck I could display that I didn't see before. I'm not sure if it's actually new or I just didn't notice it before.

I haven't played on this site for a few months. I played a SNG today and after I took second there was a display with two buttons, Double Or Nothing and OK. I'm here to play poker, not put it all on the line in a 50/50 game of chance. I hate seeing something like this when we're trying to make the case that poker is a game of skill.

I can't get the display off my monitor, and I'm not sure what the buttons mean. It could be taken that saying YES would launch the 50/50, meaning that I only have one option.

EDIT: I restarted my computer to clear the display. That would not be a reasonable option if I had multiple tables open.

You can turn off the DoN in the Site Options.
Also, you would just hit OK to close the table.

With DoN:
1. You have to bet Red or Black card.
2. Then you need to pick the card.
3. You also have to confirm at least one other time that you are betting on it.

It's pretty hard to do it accidentally unless you just like to click without looking.

you'd have to be the highest level or ****** to play on a website that has video evidence of the website cheating

I can confirm that disabling it in options does not stop it from randomly popping up. I play so many tables that I'm not sure if it ever accidentally activated, but I hope not.

Anyone else have issues getting verified ?, played on the site fornmaybe a week a year ago and deposited on a card maybe through ecopayz or a prepaid card. Tried getting verified sent them my id, picture of me holding I’d, bank statements, bill statement. And there still saying they want a picture of this card.

I have no idea of how I am going to get a hold of this card, it might be a old bank card, old ecopayz account I can’t get into, prepaid card or a entropay account if they had back then for a deposit option. I tried emailing them back but there still persistent in getting a image of this card. If I can’t find it will I ever get verified?

I use bitcoin now to for deposit options but I wanted to get verified to withdraw some money. It seems kinda a far reach for acr to make me provide a old Visa card or MasterCard I might used over a year ago. Even after showing them all of the above for verification purposes
