I just played for over an hour in a WPN tournament that lagged from the beginning. I talked to online support while I was playing I had plenty of time to make decisions at the table.

I was telling the guy in real time what was going on, including every hand taking more than two minutes (with five at our table.) He replied that all of the tables had been paused for five minutes. I told him that someone had made a bet about 30 seconds ago, and he repeated that all of the tables were paused.

I told him that if only some tables were paused that's not a level playing field and the tournament needed to be canceled.

He said my opinion would be considered. It was finally canceled about 15 minutes later, so I don't know if what I told him mattered or not.

Clearly the rep didn't know that the tournament was screwed up, which is kind of weird. I don't know why he couldn't have called it up on a screen to see if what I was staying was correct, that it was actually running, but with serious lag, instead of just telling me that all tournaments were paused when that clearly wasn't the case. But I've seen that attitude before.

A few years ago the timing of the blinds in SNGs was screwed up. I posted the problem twice on the ACR thread. The second time, I timed the tournament from start to end with a stopwatch and documented everything: tournament number, what happened on each level and when, etc.

On the thread they told me that what I documented was impossible. I didn't get any indication that they actually checked it out.

I have been playing heads up poker for around 9 years and the last year most poker sits have implement " King Of The Hill " . This creates lots more action between the players and also create you the site more rake . I have been paying in rake around $1500 - $2,000 per week .

You have changed one thing for the worse that seriously needs to be rectified very quickly if not you are going to have all heads up players cash out the full balances including myself.


The reason for this BIG problem is you have 1 player " Rensu " sitting at all the heads up tables from 2/4 right through to 10/20 tables. I understand the dynamics off king off the hill to play the player or he will have the table But while this player is sitting at all tables you will not get any reg on reg action this guy is very well know and is top 20 players in the world so while you are allowing him to sit at ever table in the lobby you are never going to create any action for all heads up players.


Why do you not have basic software the same as every poker site to allow one player at one stake . You are costing yourself to by letting this go on as no one is going to sit and play him apart from recreational players but there are so very few off the then on your site you do need reg on reg action. most playing including myself will battle an other reg here . If this is not rectified very soon I for one have no need to have money on your site when we can not play.

Any chance of being able to use Chromebook to play on ACR?

Every time I close the software it wont let me reopen it without reinstalling it! Anyone on here have any insight on a fix? Windows 10.

I just downloaded the ACR software today. I was playing fine earlier but now when I load it up no games show up in the lobby. No tournaments, no cash games, nothing. Just white space where the games should be listed. Am I doing something wrong here? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I've had a similar problem. Best I can figure out it is something with the antivirus software. I chatted with someone from ACR. They said they were going to email a solution for me but it never came. I gave up.

I keep having issues with this crapware. Almost every update sets off my anti-virus causing pieces to be quarantined and they can't seem to be restored. So EVERY time this happens I have to reinstall and reset all my filters.

Today, after the latest updates, after accessing the sportsbook through the client, the client immediately goes to **** and I'm forced to reinstall this crapware. EVERY time. Desktop icon stops working. Start menu entry stops working. This has passed the point of tediousness and will have to consider moving my funds to 'vada or 'tops.

Windows 10 is likely the issue.

Uninstall poker client. Update Windows, Internet Explorer, Java, Quicktime, Adobe Flash. Reboot. Reinstall poker client.

The crapware is your virus scanner setting false positives. Tell it that the program and/or the entire directory is safe and move on. Alternatively, uninstall that Norton garbage and get a real virus scanner

Yes, they may be false positives, but the WPN software is the ONLY stuff that sets it off that way. And even when I tell it to exclude the program(s)/module(s) from future scans something causes an end run so that that doesn't work.

Whatever. My work around is to turn off the "SONAR" and "Download Intelligence" pieces before I try to start any WPN client. It's a PITA but beats constantly uninstalling/blah blah/reinstalling ad nauseum.

I discussed similar problems, but with Holdem Manager instead of ACR, with my tech yesterday. There are at least two ways to avoid this problem:

1. Play on a poker-only computer. There are players that have a machine used only for playing poker.

2. Get an antivirus program that is easy to turn on and off.* If you are only connecting to a poker site and not using the browser for anything, it is safe to play poker with the antivirus turned off.


*For example, Avast is easy to turn on and off by right-clicking the icon in the system tray and picking the correct option. I could not figure out a way to turn off Comodo, and my tech responded that "it is very difficult."

Is there some way to shut off whatever option was flipped on during the last update that opens a web page every time I close the client? I know it is a minor issue but it is still super annoying having to close a web page every time I close the client software.

It's been complained about previously. WPN doesn't give a rat's ass if you're inconvenienced as long as everyone else is reminded repeatedly about their promotions.

Does anybody else have a problem where the table will just stop playing and no blinds or buttons are moving? This has happened multiple times to me where I'm 3-tabling and 2 tables are fine but 1 will stop working. I have to get out of it and when I go to sit back down it just pops up with "return with same amount". Where is the option to do that? Someone from ACR please help.

The first thing that you should suspect when that happens is that there is a conflict with some other program that is running on your computer. If you are running HM, for example, you might try temporarily shutting that down to see if that fixes the problem. That's what has happened to me a number of times on various sites.

If your computer low on ram it will do this.

2 changes i would love to see, on mtt's. your current position without having to open lobby, and also a final table theme, if not that, then at least the ability to change a single tables theme
