I use Mozilla and Chrome, however WPN software seems to be tied to Internet Explorer - whenever I had problems, I had to delete the cache of IE to solve it. Also make sure that your Java and Flash is both up to date.

It says invalid, but iirc it's 2700/month in rake back for the VIP program to be worth it.

why are there so many different sng turbos missing in the SNG Lobby. There are missing 9 man turbos at many different buyin levels and there are also 6 man tubos missing.

According to Customer Support they have the same situation with a script error and it gets fixed by clicking F5 in order to refresh the window. Try doing that, let me know if that doesn't work.

To the best of your knowledge, does this mean that you can purchase Tourney Bucks and use them for both SNG's and MTTs instead of the normal cash buy-in? Looking at the Tourney Bucks and how specific each value is, I'm guessing it is only to certain MTTs though.

^^ I was just told by live support you can use them for any SNG's, you just need to have enough TB's to cover the buy-in you want. Initially I thought you should be able to do this, but then I looked at the odd increments that you can purchase TB's in and I thought uh oh maybe it's only for specific MTT's.

I don't play any SNGs, and only the occasional MTT, so I can't be certain. But from the times I've bought TB, I had no problem buying into the MTTs I wanted to play in.

When I click the withdraw button in cashier it just takes me to a page in IE but doesnt offer any actual withdrawal options... wtf?

And where the hell can I spend these 3000 combat points I have?

Are you on Rakeback or Loyalty Program? You should be able to redeem them in the online store.

What VIP program? We no longer get Combat Points, and that was a fairly recent change.

I did a complete uninstall and reinstall of ACR, so I'm back up. I don't know yet if there is any way to recover the hand history files I had to delete, as I am hvaing problems with Holdem Manager as well.

I didn't get a response from ACR after a week, and I had to be able to play again, so I just deleted all of the ACR files. Then I was able to do a clean install with no problems.

live support just told me if your on rakeback you can't access the store to spend your combat points... so if your on rakeback like I am your combat points are worthless... I found some satellites that you can enter with combat points otherwise they are worthless...

Today is the first I've played with the new interface.

I always type my bets in. This is hard to do since I have have to position my mouse in the text box and click, the reposition my hand on the numpad before typing in my bet.

The betting text box is poorly sized and placed. It is smaller than, and crowded between the giant raise button and the allin button. I have misclicked twice in the past 2 hours, and I hope don't have to explain that I'm a computer expert who has been playing online for over 10 years, so I do not evaluate it as a personal problem. Not saying I'm perfect, but the error I'm used to making is mistyping once in a blue moon, not misclicking.

There are several ways this could be improved.

Ideally, for me, would be automatically focusing (clicking the cursor) in the textbox when it is my turn to act, or when I press a numpad key.

More whitespace could be added around the textbox. A fair part of the issue that since the other action buttons are so close that if I misclick by a little and hit the raise button, I automatically make a bet that I didn't intend to. With more padding, if I missed by a little, nothing would happen. Or the layout could otherwise be rearrange.

Is there a key to focus into the bet box? I've tried hitting most keys (like tab) to no avail. If there were, I'd be able to make my bet without the mouse.

I think he refers to the regular Loyalty Program. As far as combat points, I was also told that the store is now closed for Rakeback players

We never went back on our ruling. At the bottom of the Terms and Conditions for the First Deposit Bonus we’ve always stated: “Americas Cardroom reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate any bonus or other promotion at any time and without prior notice.”. Unfortunately we have implemented an expiry period for the bonus. At the same time, we are also allowing ourselves now to offer Reload bonuses, which will be debuting any day now.
