Day or two at most typically. Keep in mind however that BCP just moved over to the Winning Poker Network and that support is likely a bit overwhelmed dealing with issues/new customers.
I highly recommend you begin the process now.
Just like any other poker site, they want a photo ID and a bill with your name and registered address on it that was physically mailed to said address within the last 60 days.

I highly suggest you seek professional advice from a qualified CPA and/or tax attorney within the jurisdiction you reside. Ask around, many are unfamiliar with how to deal with professional poker players and will butcher your taxes.
I also highly recommend forming a corporation as a professional poker player.
