It would be nice if there was a standard policy, for example, if the site is down for more than n minutes, the tournament will be ended. It really is bad when you have no idea how long you have to wait.

Also, if the tournament restarts there should be a sound as well as a warning on screen. The sound that signals that it's your turn in a hand would be good and wouldn't be missed if the sound was turned up loud enough.

If the player know the maximum wait time, then they can make plans. For example, let's say you have a young child, and you're at an MTT final talble that you reasonably expect should be done in no more than an hour. Then you can take the maximum wait time, add one hour, and decide if you should look for someone else to pick up your kid from day care or school (and maybe keep junior long enough for you to finish your tournament.)

I had the same problem, and my banker told me that most debit cards are not set up for international transactions. I wound up using a Visa credit card, and that went through with no problem.

Still haven't gotten an email response for my password request or any help in trying to login and I sent the email three or four days ago. Guess I have to call to say I sent an email that isn't being responded to?

Some banks let you take out up to 800 dollars a pop at atms (chase by me does with no fee other than the debit cards couple dollar swipe fee) So the best way is to figure out the most you can get out of an ATM and then when you withdrawl take it out in those chunks. If you do it right you could end up only paying like 11 bucks to get out 2400. (With out counting monthly fees)

The sound alerts on ACR in general make no sense. There is only a sound alert generated from my action on a table which is the top window. Gee, thanks, I really need an alert for a table which I have HIGHLIGHTED and AM CURRENTLY LOOKING AT.

I'm not sure if this has been covered, but I'm having an issue accessing the VIP store and medals section. When I click the Rewards tab, a window pops up that only shows the Beast rankings. There are two headers that allow me to access a rakeback table and a list of my active bonuses, but no store, medal of achievement, VIP description for me, etc.

This has probably been brought up before, but a couple of points about rebuy/add-on MTTs:

1. You should be able to do a double buy-in right at the start just like any other poker site. It makes no sense to have to wait until your stack falls below the starting amount -- it should be doable when it is less than *OR EQUAL* to the starting stack.
2. It's crazy that even though you have paid for the add-on, you have to wait one hand before it is added to your stack!

Thanks for listening.

Because you signed up for rakeback, can't do both.

The cards should be bigger.

This makes sense, thanks for the feedback. It's unfortunately not like some of the older sites where you could have rakeback and use points for swag, tournament tickets, etc.

Funny thing is that I talked to support and they suggested things like restarting my client and deleting cookies from IE.

I am now wondering why it shows that I am collecting combat points if I cannot use them.

If you are a rakeback player, you can use the combat points for certain limited tournaments -- they have satellites that run two or three times every hour that you can buy into with points, and there is a big tournament on Sundays that they allow you to enter with points.

This has been suggested here about nine trillion times, and still ignored.

I can't imagine this is something that's very hard to fix.

YES they need to fix this , rakeback players should still be allowed to use the store for gifts or cash , its only fair .

Why exactly would they throw double benefits at players?

Thinking of depositing.

1.How do I get rake back?

2.And I know they use prepaid visa for cash out. How long does it take to order it? N how long b4 $$ hits

3. Would you recommend this site over bovada? (10-50nl 6max)

1) You can sign up for rakeback through affliates. If not, then email then to get rakeback however you only get one switch.

2) They don't use prepaid visa to cash out. You can request a debit card which allows you to cash out funds onto it. Cashout times range from a day to a few days.

3) This site is great cash out wise. The software isn't the best but it's playable. The player pool is also small with 2-4 tables of the forementioned stakes running at a time. I'd pick ACR over Bovada anyday though.

That's not really how it works though. Every other site isn't giving you any more than ACR is giving you. They just do things in a diff way and come out around the same total % given back. If you actually play any decent amount you are better off being on the non rakeback plan anyways so just switch if you really want access to the store.
