So since around 4am last night as far as I can tell, I have been getting "Connected! Checking protocol version" on my ACR software and that's as far as it goes. When I first opened it up around 4am it did a software update (I had played in the 10k the night previous) and then I got the above message. I figured it might be just frozen because of my computer - but two restarts since, and still the same thing. Appears others are having similar issues...

I can't even open mine up. No games listed, no amount in the BBJ or Beast...

^Same problem with me. I was able to play about 10 hands (probably 30 min to an hour ago) before getting disconnected.

Yea seems like the server is down...Has happened in the past before...wouldn't panic.

How is there 4666 players online now after the update but less than 50 total players at all cash tables. 4 total tables running all at <10nl

I am getting the same type of error. My software never updated at all earlier today when I was able to connect in, but not open up any sng tourny lobbies. It's really weird. Is this something that has happened before in the past? And if it has, how long does it usually take to get corrected?

ACR you are costing me money , i planned on playing all day to move up in the leaderboard now leatherass just passed me! Hurry up and fix this problem.

Just talked to the live support. They are aware of the problem and say that it will be back online within an hour.
