Now that we are going into 2023, I wonder where we would have been at with the player pools if ACR actually had a decent Tournament Structure. We all know their greedy 4 hour late reg has removed all the average recreational players from the player pool by now. (Not saying there is none) MTTs are only semi soft on ACR due to players giving up after hour 5 and not even in the money yet or they reach the money and just not care at that point 6 hours in.

I’m in 100% support of a change, but at this point it won’t make a difference as all is lost and won’t recover from what was lost.

Is it just me or does unchecking the bounty knockout filter not actually hide them?

Not only are the extremely long registrations off-putting, the structure is just too slow for the late registration timeframe. I've also noticed lately that a lot of tournaments are barely making the guarantee with a few missing it.

I also feel like they are missing opportunities with tournament offerings and buy in amounts. They seem to jump from $1.65 to $16.50 buy in with very little in the $3.30/$6.60/$8.80/$10 buy in with the majority of tournaments being NLHE with gimmick formats like turbo/hyper/PKO. A hyper PKO SS with 90 minutes of late registration, 40k in chips and unlimited rebuys is pointless.

Give us better structure, better buy in options better choices and declutter the lobby. Do we really need to have on 19 different on demand tournaments with 6/8/9/10 player options with unlimited reentry? Also, has anyone ever seen a 27 man sit n go run?

Neither does the on demand button. Seems like the only ones that work are the game type filters.

I hear there is a mobile app now for android users. Anyone use that? If so, what's your take on it?

I've been waiting for years for them to add MTT's to their mobile app. Thanks for mentioning this! Appears it's finally in the works. This is from their website:

wpn rooms are acting funny since few days: sometimes, not always but often, client open but loading like for 10/15 sec.
tables take a lil while to open.

I am having huge problems with tables freezing and I can't act..
I have to close the table and find the lobby and find my name and reopen table
Is there no "seat me" button? like do I have to find myself in the lobby before I can rejoin?
and anyone know what I can do about the tables freezing? Need a new comp I guess but I can run more tables on other sites and its ok but here with 4 tourneys open it starts doing it nonstop

Recommended software these days for basic WPN hotkeys? I tried the ones built into wpn, but for Fold I could only make it work when the action is already on me. I would like the Check/Fold hotkeys to preselect if used before it is my action.

I don't use hot keys, but Jurojin is amazing software and has hotkeys. I'm not sure if you can preselect with hotkeys tho.

I had to close out ACR today as the tables keep freezing and sitting me out. Ignition only it is today.

This disconnection thing keeps on happening, it just costed me a HUGE pot I had locked but saw how I was sit out and the other guy took it down with 1bb bet. Wish there was some fix to this but if no-one has said anything yet I doubt there's anything to do about it.

I did not try it myself but i read here somewhere that connecting your pc directly with an ethernet cable to the modem will fix it.

I had the same issue so I still use Stack And Tile, which is older but simple and easy to use. The hotkeys will preselect the fold/check options before your turn to act.

It is legitimately peculiar how often the player pool disconnects on WPN. It is definitely concerning...

One thing I've noticed about this: disconnections are MUCH more likely if you background the ACR app (by checking email, looking at HUD stats, browsing web). On Mac, anyway.

If you need to multitask, might want to use your phone, tablet, or different computer.

This doesn't apply if you have multiple monitors with ACR dedicated to one.

Don't know if this has anything to do with the problem, but just updated to Ventura on Mac. Since then, cannot see hand history by clicking the 'Previous : ' button. It just spins, and eventually tells me 'You have been disconnected...'

Anyone else seeing this on Mac or PC?

I think you mean suspended if they asked you to send the documents.
Happened to me too a some time ago. I have wpn rooms for years never had a problem: deposit, cash out etc
Suddendly a day I cant enter to any of my wpn rooms "your account has been suspended please contact support"
I sended to them all the documents, it took a while, more than a week, but in the end everything went well and they reopened my accounts.
It takes a little patience.

the tables getting slow thing is a software problem, not a hardware problem.

I emailed ACR support trying to switch to Rackback program. Each time they just replied with the boiler plate info page. They seemed not reading my emails. Is there a better way to reach them? Also, any suggestions on whether I should switch? I was told only two switches back and forth is allowed. Why is it so?
