I haven't been playing much in WPN the past two weeks. The Pokerstars/Party exit on the Russian market is a major news to me. Are Russian players still playing at WPN?

I have played around 20k hands in Pokerstars the past two weeks, and I realize it was unusually soft at the 10NL level. I mean Pokerstars was already soft compared to WPN pre-Ukraine-Russia war but removing Russian winning players from the equation changed the player pool dynamics in a big way.

Are peoples cash game results posted publicly anywhere? Like how Sharkscope has tournament statistics.

Pre Black Friday when full tilt and pokerstars were king there was a site called highstakesdb that tracked 25/50+ I’m sure they had the ability to track lower games but it wasn’t worth it. I’m not aware of anything like that now. None of my sharkscope stats match my mtts anyway. I have one site that shows I’m up thousands more than I really am. I’m assuming the rebuys are not accounted for most of the time. I also have mtts that were missed for an entire year when ACR updated their software. It gives you an idea but it’s not reliable

if Im not wrong WPN rooms are the ONLY ones who are offering those variant at cash tables.

They should do something about it...
It is very strange that there are so few players of these variants there should be 24/7 action being the only place that offers these games.

There are tons of games on private clubs and apps that have traffic. It has grown, too. Mixed games and split pot games gets plenty of traffic on Kings and Crash. I've seen 5 tables of $200/400 and higher running with waitlists. The apps have loads of O8 traffic, 4, 5, and 6 card. We had a $30K Big O MTT yesterday in the middle of the day with 2 hr late reg.

Apps are pulling lots of traffic in and only getting bigger. Networks constantly say players are wrong and no demand for different variants or big GTDs need endless hours of late reg. They're wrong and players are looking at new options.

Unless you're playing NL200 or above its going to be a ton.

I'd have to check my database for the precise number, but last summer it took me over 50k hands at NL25-NL50 to clear a $300 Bonus.

FWIW - At NL50 Blitz I rake around $1500/$1600 every 50K hands

anybody else unable to update/install WPN on windows 10?
I've been playing this site for a while, off for a few weeks, want to grind again but update giving this error after its download. I also tried to install from scratch but same error.

CS will tell you to update your java.

Stack exchange will help you resolve it if it continues.

Try different browser/incognito, etc...all the usual stuff. Stack exchange is an almost guarantee to help out

after the yesterday update,
the option: share the hand replay via browser works funny...plus doesnt show the river+ the final hands

So I have joined ACR now it seems alright does seem a bit silly the all in who wants to be a millionaire music every time I shove. more funny then annoying though but this likely would get annoying after a period of time.

I do not like the constantly popping up to play double or nothing game whenever I win a sit and go. if I wanted to gamble I could get better odds on black jack then that. So if I decide I want to gamble for double or nothing when I win an sng I will just go to black jack but not really my thing anyway.

One thing I am wondering is, the elite general program or whatever it is. it seems impossible to find an exact break down of how much cash prizes you can purchase with points cost so i can not work out potential effective rakeback. At the moment I am signed up to 27% rakeback which makes sense for my current level of play. However should I move up and or increase volume it may be more profitable to switch. It would be good to have these numbers to compare to other sites etc.

You can turn off these features you don’t like in the settings. A small amount of effort does wonders
